Chapter 2: Governance & Freedom. Part two

Governance and Freedom

*

Part two :

Pacification and Harmonization of the World

*

* * *

*

World Harmonization

*

The more sovereign and citizen nations a world has,

the more sovereign and citizenly that world is.

The freer we are.

Freer to live.

Political wisdom is all about Humanity’s well-being.

*

Knowledge is power

In a concern for the greatest possible representability,

with some simple but effective safeguards,

clear and firm limits on the re-electability of all the representatives of the people,

the balance between all the components

of the national, social and political representative system,

the representation of citizens through random selection, guarantor of the universal good,

the random-elective combination,

the principle of the majority judgment,

the non-cumulation and revocability of offices,

the independence of the media and the judiciary,

the Citizen’s Initiative* Preferendum,

not only a democratic system

that would decide in favor of the interest of all of us is possible,

but also this paradigm of the Citizens’ Democracy

offers us great guarantees of incorruptibility.

The fundamental difference between the guide and the tyrant

is that the guide does not want power for the sake of power.

Indeed,

the will imposes itself when it is salutary.

To realize it is all the more possible

as its meaning is simple.

Its main principles are simple to understand.

Harmony, wisdom and justice as universally as possible

in four key dimensions:

The Great Monetary Reform,

The Citizens’ Democracy,

Education to joy and freedom, intelligence, wisdom,

respect for the living and for humans,

education to oneself and to the world,

education to eternal learning;

Harmonization as the ultimate solution.

Only they can help us make the great evolutionary leap forward

that we need so much and which can thereby lead us into a new dimension.

Necessarily,

the survival of humanity is sacred, consecrated.

We have no other Noah’s Ark than the Earth.

Freedom

means being able to do what is good for oneself.

Between an extremely negative and painful situation

and an exciting, positive, enjoyable and satisfying situation,

no sane person hesitates for one second.

Whoever you are,

salvation lies in the freedom to choose what is good for you.

It is a free vision in the sense that we are free to adhere to it or not.

Since no freedom is possible

without sincere adherence to what determines us,

it is a free, sincere and authentic thought.

Everyone is free to choose what is good for him or her.

Freedom is written in our genes and our minds.

But this freedom is as much in ourselves

as it is in the species, in the whole of humanity.

Freedom is only possible

when individual freedom and collective freedom unite,

strengthen each other and multiply.

No one has the power

to untie this link between the intimate and the universal,

between the group and the person, the person and the group.

On the good of everyone depends the good of each one.

No one has the power

to deny or refute this truth.

The intimate and the universal are intrinsically and profoundly linked.

To understand this is to understand everything.

This is the foundation of this new thought:

The link between the intimate and the universal is invincible.

And when this link loosens, disintegrates,

then it spells the death of the human being.

Humanity is mortal,

and will remain so,

whether we like it or not.

To this day,

destructive forces at work on a planetary level are clearly identified.

More than neutralized,

trends and dynamics must be reversed.

An eight-year-old could understand this.

When we become aware

of how much the destiny of humanity

influences the lives of each and every one of us, without exception,

then we understand how the slightest improvement in the world system

will improve our lives in a considerable and substantial way,

unparalleled in the entire history of humanity.

And yet,

it is impossible to mathematically measure the consequences of a systemic action

over a long period of time and in all its dimensions.

Harmony is the solution

that we can no longer afford to ignore

if we want to survive.

There is still time.

Indeed,

if death is the sentence, the calculation is easy:

It is nothingness, absolute zero.

If life is,

then everything is possible.

In this respect,

life is a window on to the infinite.

The Destiny of Humanity

is the great determinant of all our personal and collective,

present, past and future destinies.

Humanity’s destiny

dictates each and every one’s own destiny,

with no exceptions.

Teach this all over the world, on a large scale,

and in just a few years we will reap unexpected fruits, considerable benefits.

To save itself,

Humanity must think of itself as such.

Humanity must reveal itself to itself.

A world civilization in harmony,

respectful of itself, of the whole and of all its components,

is the optimum of the world, a possible optimum of creation.

Can you tell the difference

between a future geared towards greatness,

heroism, benevolence, humanism and harmony

and a cursed dynamics of abominations,

vileness, wars, crimes of treason and destruction?

The line between humankind’s death and life

is drawn by an awareness:

My own destiny is inextricably linked to the destiny of Humanity.

Whether we like it or not.

We are all linked to each other.

To know is to live it, to make it live, to work for life.

Ignoring it is digging into the night

and locking oneself in it as in an accursed tomb.

If I know this, I live and work for life.

Whether I am aware of it or not,

I am accomplishing a mission that is beyond me,

and so we have a chance.

If I don’t know this,

I am working for nothing, for death,

and we will all die from it.

Actually, we are dying from it,

and have been suffering from it

since the dawn of time up until here and now.

The Earth can still save us from ourselves.

See it

and then you will know that harmony is the only solution,

the only way out, the only Noah’s Ark.

Our Ark is this Earth.

This Earth

on which so many of the most abominable crimes are being committed

because the global system is based on the primitive law of the jungle

that we can and must overcome.

In the animal realm,

predation is limited to a self-balancing ecosystem.

In a humanity dominated by unbridled capitalism,

predation and ignorance no longer know any limits.

Unless there is a great disruption on cataclysmic scales,

species survive, sometimes for hundreds of millions of years.

Human predation today

is institutionalized, systematized, structurally organized

at the global, planetary level.

The impact is of a completely different order and magnitude.

Nature itself,

albeit at the origin of predation,

can no longer support ours.

Her message is clear:

Harmony and life,

or chaos and death.

Salvation

or apocalypse.

Once you have had the vision

of the dynamics and structural harmony of the Earth, Humanity and Humans,

the right direction is clear and luminous.

It alone has the power to bring to light

what is and what is not yet.

See and you will be able to get an idea of it.

The systemic consequences of our systemic decisions

have even more far-reaching and gigantic repercussions

through time than space.

We cannot measure them, we cannot know their limits, their scope,

simply because we have no other reference point than our own current reality.

The nightmare can still be avoided.

May humanity know how to make us open our eyes to the obvious:

Humanity is one,

Humanity is multiple.

Harmony is the path.

Monetary reform,

Citizen Democracy, Clerocracy,

Positive education,

Harmonization.

Harmony gives its name to this mission.

It is not a dogma,

it is a state of mind.

Harmony is not an ideology,

it is a path, a destination, a revelation.

*

History and Experience

It’s a fact:

Humanity has never governed itself.

History, however,

shows us that it was possible in certain places, at certain times, on Earth.

In the history of humankind,

it has happened a few times, in varying degrees,

in Athens, in Antiquity, even in the Middle Ages*

and still today, in spite of corruption, in some places and bodies.

We have said this before.

*Op. cit

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sortition#Modern_examples

https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tirage_au_sort_en_politique#cite_note-76

And yet, this has never happened in the whole world.

It has never happened in the world you know.

We have never been able to experience balance.

Can we ever imagine the people’s rule over itself

when we have never known it, let alone imagined it as possible?

Certainly,

they will have succeeded in turning us against each other.

Yet the opposite is also so possible.

Of course, it is possible.

The truth is,

nothing else is possible.

Or it is the quasi certain death of the human species.

The reform of money creation.

The reform of political institutions.

Harmonization.

Education.

To see wisdom, to see light,

that is all that is required.

The more universal these principles are,

the more universal random and elective clerocracy will be,

the faster we will get out of it.

The Reform of Money seems to be the priority.

Then will come,

from a few hours to a few months, more or less quickly,

the priority of Democratization and Liberation of political institutions.

It can also be the other way around.

What is certain is that this may occur very quickly.

Once the benefits

of the best possible way of managing money

restore financial and economic equilibria,

then behaviors will change by themselves.

The more widespread it will be on Earth,

the more citizen democratization will set people free from the shadows.

The benefits of wisdom applied to Humanity

will be as wonderful as the evils of greed are terrible.

It comes from a simple awareness:

1

Sovereign money

and, if possible, a harmonized world monetary system;

2

Citizen Democracy;

3

Education to harmony;

4

Harmony on Earth,

mutual understanding among peoples and nations.

We are all concerned,

you first and foremost.

All countries, all nations,

all men, all women, all children

have a definite interest at stake,

a common interest.

The first determining factor of my own fate

is the fate of the humanity as a whole.

This is the only thing that needs to be understood.

To understand this is to understand what really matters.

The rest automatically follows.

It is a change of perspective that is broader,

and thus brighter, clearer and sharper,

which more than anything else

makes everything possible, in minds, in facts and in reality.

When common thinking changes,

then everything changes.

If you have to believe in something,

you have to believe in this.

One way or another,

in a more or less direct or subtle way,

everyone will benefit from the advantages of universal and humane wisdom.

The whole world will feed

on the fruits of good, wise and useful, sovereign and universal governance

that points in the right direction.

Our humanity makes us who we are

and is our common destiny,

Women and Men,

all Earthians.

Open your eyes,

see its magnificence,

and work for it!

Think of yourselves and your children.

Wisdom is our one and only chance.

*

The hideous and the sublime

There are infinitely more benefits in coming together

than there are in destroying each other.

The idea is not only sublime,

it is highly possible.

It is not only possible,

it is our ultimate salvation.

We can never repeat it enough,

we have never experienced it.

The great Reconciliation will take place

or the great ordeal will be terrible.

*

World Political Harmony

Three essential things

need to be defined when we want to establish governance:

1 the constitution

2 the institutions

3 modes of appointments

Three things:

1 The Constitution:

It embodies the fundamental laws,

the foundation of the social pact, the law and the State,

the Nation or the Super Nation.

2 The Institutions:

Defined by the Constitution, they are its governing body

(legislative, executive and judicial branches).

We have just seen the broad outlines of this body

which could relatively easily

be applied to almost every country in the world.*

*Will countries

whose education, culture and experience

do not include any form of freedom,

because they have been subjected to tyranny for too long,

manage to achieve what they cannot imagine,

what they are not yet aware of?

That is the question.

3 Methods of appointing the Nation’s Representatives:

We have just seen its broad outlines.

The goal is of course to avoid any corruption

intrinsically linked to careerism, the scourge of our elective democracies

as much as tyranny, whatever their form,

whatever the exact label the regime gives itself.

*

Constitution :

The Twelve Pillars.

Wisdom’s way of thinking is always clear and luminous.

The main lines are drawn

and we can humbly say that if they were followed,

a bit like guides to our common destiny,

then the future could finally be brightened

with renewed hope, with a new light.

The thought,

the broad guidelines that intertwine and unite

the same way a forest unites and intertwines

every tree and every living being, every animal and plant species

to ensure the perpetuation of this same forest

that shelters them and gives them life,

could be summarized as follows:

1. Both national and supranational monetary sovereignty

and the regulation of the banking system.

2. The sovereignty of the free and enlightened people

over all other forms of power,

state, economic or religious,

through the random-elective appointment of the people’s representatives

in as wise and just a way as possible

as a basis and foundation for the political architecture of the Nation

and through an operative mode of elective designation

of the representatives of the Nation

according to the principles of the majority judgment.

3. An education to harmony and justice, to wisdom and fulfillment

based on positive pedagogy and self-knowledge,

offered to all, as an investment in time

and the potential of all human beings.

4. Trust in progress and science in consciousness.

5. The energy and ecological transition,

soil regeneration, permaculture and organic farming, tree planting etc.

6. The harmonization of labor law in Europe and in the world.

7. Tax harmonization in Europe and worldwide.

8. A sovereign and non-expropriative right of ownership

(especially for the poorest),

honest, humane, as fair as humanly possible.

9. A fairer, more equitable trade law,

more ecological, sustainable and responsible.

10. Justice and the rule of law.

11. Respect for human rights.

12. Respect for life

and the invaluable wealth of the environment and natural ecosystems.

In two words,

Universal Harmony.

Harmony, wisdom, justice, freedom, fulfillment…

Who is against?

If it is to be,

then the Union of Humanity must be built on these twelve pillars

based on wisdom, harmony, humanism, freedom and justice.

The twelve pillars of justice.

A Constitution of the Earth

could not do without any one of these pillars

without sooner or later collapsing.

*

Wisdom and Constitution.

Since only wisdom liberates,

when the Constitution is inspired by wisdom,

the Constitution becomes liberating.

Filled with wisdom and justice,

it guides us towards liberation.

The Constitution becomes an instrument of liberation.

The Constitution is a set of laws.

To change the law is to change reality,

it is to change the Destiny of the entire Nation, of the entire world,

of every man, woman and child.

Make laws,

and you will change reality.

Make unjust laws,

and you will change reality for the worse.

Make laws that are wise and just, realistic, measured and possible

and you will make the world a better place.

The scope and magnitude of a wise Constitution is immeasurable.

The purpose of a truly democratic constitution

is to set limits and rules so that justice, law and freedom

prevail for as long and universally as possible

over corruption, injustice, crime and tyranny.

The purpose of a constitution is not so much coercion

as giving a general direction to society.

Unless we do it through harassment and persecution,

we can never compel someone to do something against his or her will

without that person conceiving that what we want for him or her

can be beneficial to him or her.

When the being is conscious of what is good for oneself,

there is no need to force anyone to do anything.

The purpose of the constitution of a genuine Democracy

is to give a wise and humane direction to society, to the nation,

while guaranteeing the freedom of its members

and their ability to live and flourish as what they are:

human beings, earthians.

The Constitution of a State is the ground of a society

in which the great garden of the communities that make up the nation

gives birth to solid trees that enrich each other

and thus flourish and bear healthy fruits

that in turn will grow healthy and fertile.

The only most fertile, most magnificent garden is the Earth.

Her fruits will be so beautiful and multiple

that making the Earth a garden

would mean a return to the Garden of Eden.

*

Planetary harmony

Universal, egalitarian without being egalitarianist,

fundamental without being fundamentalist or extremist,

just without being cruel,

evolutionary without being devolutionary,

revolutionary without being head-cutting or totalitarian,

the new constitution must embody a foundation of laws

that are federal and plural, unitary and universal, ‘multiversal’, humane and humanistic,

whose harmony is the ultimate aim, the supreme goal.

*

A world of wise nations.

In order to design a world in harmony,

the distinction between an ‘ideal’ state of the world

and today’s chaotic, corrupt, blind and decadent state of the world is crucial.

In an ideal world,

the exercise is relatively easy:

There is little opposition to the idea

that Harmony is the most effective global solution available.

The best forms of governance become ever easier, more likely and realistic

as sovereign nations embrace Harmony as the natural global solution.

The rule of law

extends from the whole to the parts and from the parts to the whole

to create a snowball effect

that gets stronger and stronger faster and faster.

As we have already pointed out,

the more the world contains sovereign and citizen nations,

the more the world is sovereign and citizen.

And vice versa,

the more the world is sovereign and citizen,

the more nations are sovereign and citizen.

This is not an ideology.

It is a dynamic.

Today, however,

the dynamics are reversed:

The world is less and less sovereign and citizen,

so nations are less and less sovereign and citizen.

And vice versa,

nations are less and less citizen,

so the world is less and less sovereign and citizen.

Thus,

because people mistake a current reality for an eternal reality,

many, far too many will say it is a utopia.

Yet,

it is not because some in power do not wish for wisdom

that wisdom does not exist.

It is not because ignorance and stupidity exist

that wisdom and intelligence do not exist.

Even today,

Wisdom exists.

And with it harmony.

As long as there is life,

there is wisdom and harmony.

It is up to all of us to embody them.

Wisdom and harmony exist,

have always existed, and will continue to exist

until the end of time, perhaps for all eternity.

Chaos is there because the ruling class doesn’t want harmony,

they know nothing or almost nothing about it,

and above all they want us never to be able to see it.

That’s all.

The beauty of the virtuous dynamics of harmony

is that it doesn’t need much to exist.

It strengthens itself.

Once activated at the systemic level,

harmony strengthens itself.

Harmony does not need so many means, so much money,

quite the reverse.

The establishment of global governance based on universal harmony

would cost extremely little

compared to the cost of the tyranny of money

and all the aberrations that result from it.

Nothing could be more obvious.

Madness always costs much more than wisdom.

Truth be told,

the price to pay for our follies is infinite.

If we do not change,

we will pay them with our lives.

There is no need for a costly body politic

as regards time, people and money

when harmony is the collective goal.

It is up to us, to everyone on Earth,

to embody a new renaissance.

Our mission, the mission of a new governance

will mainly be to help implement the harmony we keep talking about

as quickly as possible, albeit without being hasty,

without falling into extremes between urgency and anticipation.

We must ensure that the main principles of the Constitution

are complied with as extensively as possible throughout the world.

By definition,

the Constitution of the Earth is a universal aspiration,

the birth certificate of Humanity.

Its major principles form the basis of a common, natural and universal law.

It is offered as a divine gift.

Humanly, economically, ecologically, personally and collectively,

there are only benefits to harmonizing the world.

Harmonizing the world

in the same way that the overhaul of the international monetary system could be done:

In a new architecture of sovereign and parallel currencies

from local to global, through regional, national and even continental scales;

a structure in which currencies no longer fight each other,

but, designed with economic optimization in mind,

each having its role to play in the great world and earthly dynamics,

cooperate with all of them.

In any solid building, the parts support the whole

as much as the whole strengthens the parts.

No building holds when the parts destroy each other,

when the whole is antagonistic to the parts, and vice versa.

This is obvious.

Without its base,

the top of the pyramid cannot exist.

Without the earth on which the pyramid is founded,

the pyramid cannot exist.

A governance that does not rely on its base

is a governance doomed to destruction, to collapse.

A relevant form of governance

that stands on its foundation has a solid structure.

The Pyramids of Giza are 4,500 years old.

They are the most robust buildings ever built by man.

4,500 years old…

The latest knowledge, the latest discoveries in all these fields,

from money to the constitution of a state governed by the rule of law,

are all together the promise of a better future.

We must realize it.

The day when Humanity

has understood that Harmony is the solution to all our problems,

it will be possible.

The beauty of this is that there is almost nothing to understand.

Harmony is beneficial.

Chaos deadly.

We repeat it over and over again.

All we need is this awareness.

And things will change.

By themselves.

The Great Monetary Reform

through monetary sovereignty and the abolition of fractional reserves

and the Constitution of the Citizens’ Democracy

can easily be implemented in some countries and spread.

The ideal scenario would be to implement everything at the same time.

Sovereign Money and Citizens’ Democracy.

At the level of the Nation or of the world as a whole,

starting with money would make Democracy and justice possible.

Even if,

at the earthly as well as at the national levels,

the most efficient course of action would be to change everything at once,

doing everything everywhere and at the same time does not seem decisive,

even though this would be the ideal and most efficient way forward.

If the right decisions were made in a few countries,

the good psychological, social and economic health of these countries

could set an example and why not set a new benchmark, become a model.

It must be said again:

Wise governance would not need a heavy and costly bureaucracy

compared to what we have now.

Once their monetary sovereignty is restored,

the funding question will be posed to nations

in completely different and much more favourable terms.

*

Sovereignty and Sovereigntists

Let the sovereigntists of the nation or nations be reassured:

Setting up a world governance

would not mean weakening local or national sovereignties,

quite the contrary.

We have repeated this many times:

In this era of planetary communication and exchanges,

it is because of the lack of this universal and humane rule of law

that the ultra-capitalist fundamentalists of finance

and the big multinational corporations

have taken over the Earth

to deregulate this universal and ultimate territory for their sole benefit,

which is by nature contrary to the general interest,

that nations, peoples and states

suffer from such an immense lack of sovereignty.

The last territory

to be conquered, explored and ruled by the rule of law

is the world!

*

* * *

*

Metaphysical digressions.

*

We start from where we are.

To start from where we are,

and move towards where we need to go

to guarantee the democratic and civilized rule of law,

that is the path, that is the challenge, that is the mission.

Once the world understands the message and the spirit

of what we are trying to describe,

then institutions will have no difficulty in being built

and functioning with justice, balance, harmony.

When a people understands with strength and reason

that the time has come for a change of direction,

then things will take care of themselves.

The last frontier to cross,

the last land to explore,

the last nation to build

is the Earth.

It draws the boundary between life and death.

There is nothing, for humans, beyond it.

Understand this, and the hardest part is accomplished.

United,

there is nothing we cannot accomplish.

*

How to proceed?

Whatever the origin of an evolutionary impulse,

whether it comes from above, from below, from the middle,

from the right, from the left, from behind or in front,

if every part of the great whole that forms our world

waits for change to come from elsewhere,

if all of us do not unite at the same time,

then we can already abandon all our efforts of progress and evolution,

for all our efforts to fight against the greatest dangers that await us

will be lost in advance.

Nothing will change.

The great leap forward will only come from everywhere all at once.

In other words,

no matter where it comes from,

the impulse of change, the impulse of life

will necessarily come from a convergence of all parts,

of all dimensions of the great whole that is humanity.

This is wonderful news.

See it!

That is why,

as much as it can, this humble manifesto appeals to all,

all beings, all peoples, of all origins, all extractions, all opinions, all parties,

all sectors, all organizations, all religions, all nations,

all people of our earthly community to come forward and accomplish

the true divine mission:

To save Humanity.

A humanity

that has understood that its only salvation lies in its own humanity

will inevitably be much better off

than continuing on the cursed and murderous path looming ahead.

Therefore,

a world constitution

bearing within itself the fundamental laws we have described before

will necessarily impart more than just a great idealistic hope,

a new and fertile momentum

whose own and autonomous movement

will have the capacity to bring forth the positive from the positive,

and even the positive from the negative.

It is very important to be aware of this:

Virtuous circles exist as much as vicious circles.

When madness takes hold of powers and spirits,

chaos is on its way.

Dogmas and lies are everywhere,

and humanity sinks,

all of it.

“Make money at all costs, no matter how!”

We have to get out of it!

What other choice do we have?

To overthrow the world dogma of money at any cost

is to change the destiny of humanity.

If the peoples, if the Human race

forced its leaders to give up the ultra-capitalist dogma

and replace it with a moderate and fruitful vision,

a wise and harmonious ‘middle way’,

then everything would become possible again,

in an instant.

What will save humanity is humanity.

It cannot be otherwise.

To give power back to the peoples

is to give power back to humans.

We must all grasp its meaning, sense and significance.

*

Change

Changing implies a mental transformation.

A transformation

is therefore as cognitive, analytical, pedagogical and educational

as much as it is affective and sociocultural,

a question of conviction as much as understanding,

something that therefore does not only pertains to rationalism

as we understand this word today.

An act of transformation is always twofold:

Firstly,

it is necessary to convince the person in question

that an unjust mode of behavior only brings in return

confrontation, exacerbation and perpetuation of conflicts

and thus the misfortunes of the abuser as well as his or her victims.

And secondly,

this person, after having convinced him or herself of this,

would have to agree to change his or her mode of operation.

Changing therefore requires two transformations:

one cognitive, mental, spiritual, let’s call it what we like,

the other one behavioral, active in real life and reality.

The first transformation

is spiritual, mental, psychological, metaphysical, philosophical,

and the second one

behavioral, with concrete phenomenological transformations,

in the real and day-to-day routine, from one day to the next.

An act of transformation is therefore always primarily mental:

it is an act of awareness.

Secondly,

an accomplished act of transformation is translated into a behavior

consistent with the new self-awareness.

Consequently,

changing is a metaphysical act in the most concrete sense of the term.

Seeing is in this sense a revolutionary act.

It is the same for a community, a society, a humanity.

In order to change,

first of all, a new philosophy, a new vision of life and possibilities

is needed.

The one described here is certainly not perfect or complete,

but it is universal.

By nature and by definition,

the human optimum on this planet and in this universe

is only possible through the universal.

The evidence is strikingly undeniable, irrefutable.

If you were to doubt

that nothing here is clear, clarified or resolved,

then I would urge you to meditate, to reflect, to open your mind’s eyes,

to read again and read all the authors referenced here.

It is nevertheless, as best as possible,

metaphysical, realistic, and shows a practical path

that makes all the advances of wisdom and knowledge in these fields possible.

Perfection does not exist,

and does it really matter if we could ever achieve it?

As we have already said,

if we were perfect,

no more discovery, no more teaching, no more wonder

would be possible.

That would indeed be terrible.

Perfection is an eternal goal.

God, if He exists, will always be surprising, for He is infinite.

Perfection has no end, like him.

And that’s fine.

However,

we urgently need to see the light and focus on it.

As soon as a population becomes aware of what is good for itself,

as soon as the obvious has been seen,

then, convinced of the direction that must be taken,

the nation, or super-nation, is ripe.

Tyrannies collapse by themselves.

When the challenges facing us, facing all of humanity,

are multiple and deadly, of planetary magnitudes,

no one is safe.

No poor, no wealthy, no slave, no tyrant.

The moment of truth has come.

*

Mind and matter

Inspiration precedes creation.

Creation proceeds from inspiration.

Form proceeds from substance.

Vision precedes action.

The world as it is proceeds from our consciousness.

What is

is a reflection of what we are.

Of what we think,

what we see,

what we know,

what we don’t know,

what we feel,

what we can,

and what we will never to capable of.

Everything comes only from what we know.

Everything is the fruit of what our mind sees and looks at,

and often admires and contemplates.

It is strange.

In their inner selves,

for the most part and most of the time,

human beings are filled with an immense benevolence, a light.

One by one,

we all have something indefinable and endearing.

We all have our personality, our mystery, our humanity.

It is this humanity that we are calling for.

Human is your name.

Humanity is your destiny.

Seeing is not just knowing.

Seeing is empowering.

*

Vision and motion

To get somewhere,

you have to know where you are and where you are going.

How to move without seeing or feeling anything?

The journey is only possible thanks to the senses,

especially the sense of sight.

It goes without saying,

you have to look ahead to move forward.

Even if we have to see everything

to know what is the best destination and the best direction to take,

as soon as we start moving, if we look to the left, to the right or behind,

in short everywhere except in the direction we want to go,

then we would not be able to go where we want to go.

We always go where our eyes are set.

In a society,

if everyone looks in the direction he or she sees fit to look and move in,

then for the great ship of the nation,

that would mean rowing in different directions from each other,

which would of course equate going everywhere and nowhere at the same time.

Therefore,

the great ship would go forward, backward, go left to right,

it would go here and there,

but never go anywhere it would be desirable to go,

except, of course, by very unlikely, if not impossible chance.

To go somewhere,

you have to know where you’re going

and you have to look in this direction.

As we have said,

being free is not doing what we want

at the expense of our own well-being and that of others.

Being free

is doing what is best for ourselves in the awareness

that my happiness is intrinsically, eternally, irrevocably and unbreakably linked

to everybody else’s happiness.

If this is so,

then governing is all about seeing what is best for everyone.

Governing is knowing where and how to get

to the land of the Universal.

Governing is holding the helm of the great ship of society and humanity

and turning all eyes towards that desired land.

The Promised Land is here and now,

where you are.

You who are reading and living,

see it and cherish it.

It is there, here and now.

The journey we invite you to undertake is not a journey through space,

it is a journey through time.

If seeing through space is making space travel possible,

seeing through time is making time travel possible,

making metamorphosis possible.

We always go where our gaze is directed.

Our destination is our vision.

Thus,

it is the vision of a more beautiful future

that will guide us towards a better and more beautiful future.

The Promised Land is not on earth,

the Promised Land is yet to come.

The pilgrimage to the Promised Land is not a journey through space,

the Promised Land is a journey through time.

The Promised Land is not on earth,

the Promised Land is the whole Earth.

The magic is that the vision is both the origin and the destination.

Since seeing what we see determines where we go,

vision is both the origin and the destination.

It is as irrefutable as a human being is born with two eyes to see.

Not only is the vision the destination, the focus,

but it is also its origin, its starting point.

Clinging to a branch,

the chrysalis of the butterfly does not move.

From the cocoon of the caterpillar to the chrysalis of the butterfly,

it is a journey through time that separates the caterpillar from the butterfly.

Changing doesn’t mean leaving the Earth.

It is a journey through time towards another temporal dimension

just as earthly and possible as where you are here and now.

To turn our gaze to what is best for ourselves as well as for all humanity

is to go towards what is best for ourselves as well as for all humanity.

The Universal is not only the resurrection of humanity.

After its physical birth,

the Universal is the spiritual birth of humanity and every human being.

It is a revolution,

it is a giant leap towards a new stage in the evolution of the species.

From there forth,

everything is possible.

To transfigure the spirit of humanity is possible.

*

Universal harmony harbors a wisdom full of lights.

Such is the vision.

*

Metamorphosis

“The final work is but the product of a draft.

It is the first gesture, the first sketch that gives birth to the creation.

The sketch feeds on itself, transforms itself and becomes a masterpiece.

It is from the metamorphosis itself

that the masterpiece emerges into existence.

Without the caterpillar, there is no butterfly”.

Since it takes time for anything to take shape and be completed,

anything that is built or erected is imperfect from the start,

nothing is perfect from the start.

It takes time to transform.

It is a work to be accomplished,

a destiny, a mission or a remission.

The mission of the caterpillar is to metamorphose into a butterfly,

it is its destiny.

Humanity’s mission is to come into the world.

This metamorphosis, this accomplishment

necessarily involves the collective awareness that we are caterpillars

whose destiny is to become something as accomplished

as a Blue Morpho – Morpho Peleides,

a Jersey Tiger – Euplagia quadripunctaria,

a Papper kite – Idea leuconoe, a Tailed Jay – Graphium agamemnon,

a Scarlet Mormon – Papilio rumanzovia, a Luna moth -Actias luna,

a monarch – Danaus plexippus…

Humanity must metamorphose.

As it is inscribed in the body of the caterpillar,

it is inscribed in the genes of human consciousness.

For humanity,

metamorphosing is becoming aware of itself,

becoming aware of its destiny.

As the butterfly is the deliverance of the caterpillar,

humanity is as much our destiny as our common deliverance

to us all.

It is undeniable evidence, an irrefutable reality.

It is inevitable.

Humanity’s sovereignty over itself

is the path to take, the journey to undertake.

For each step of a process, an impulse, a dynamic, a creation,

there is a time to appreciate it, to put it in place and set it in motion.

What philosopher said, roughly in these terms?

“The final work is the fruit of the sketch.

It is the sketch which, nourishing itself, gives birth to the final creation.”

The search for perfection is an unknown

that gives us much more hope to live

than this fatal path to the all-too-familiar crises.

There is no need to be afraid of transforming the system.

The path to salvation

is one of scientific logic and accuracy.

It also invites us to take the risk of a turn,

which would at least have the merit

of making us avoid the abyss, or the wall, it depends,

towards which we are rushing head on at full speed.

It invites us to trust in our own ability to manage,

to adjust to time, and storms,

provided we use the right measures, the right recipes.

Governing is a little like cooking.

If the wrong ingredients are included in a recipe,

or if they are poorly integrated into the cooking,

too early, too late, too briefly, too long,

dinner is ruined.

Governing involves making recipes in such a way

for the sauce to thicken and things to go well.

The temporal dimension is also decisive:

Time is like space:

The further you see, the more you know where you want to go,

the closer you get, the better you see.

To see far, we must also see close up.

Because seeing up close also helps to see in the distance.

At this very moment,

as soon as we see far and near at the same time, through space and time,

our priorities become very clear:

We see the way ahead.

From that moment on,

we enter another state of consciousness,

another clearer, larger, more nuanced, more beautiful and more interesting dimension.

In the darkness

of our divisions, of our conflicts, of our fears,

of our illusions, of all our doubts and uncertainties,

the vision of a real, humanistic, plural and universal democracy

is a shining star.

*

Harmony is a saving grace

To make you see this simple truth,

but of universal and gigantic scope

is all we are trying to do.

All these words, all these lines, all these sentences,

all these references and these noble works

whose authors draw knowledge and intelligence from oceans of wisdom

is an exhortation to become aware of it:

Harmony is to humanity

what the butterfly is to the caterpillar.

It is an exhortation to deliverance, an exhortation to be more ourselves,

to be more than ourselves,

to and through harmony, justice and wisdom.

The only path to take,

undoubtedly the last one.

Finding the connection with yourself

is finding the link with others.

Because finding the link with everybody else

is finding the link with ourselves.

The awareness of the link to the world

is the foundation of every relationship.

Finding the link is a liberation.

This is the true meaning of the word religion.

‘Religare’ in Latin, which means ‘to connect’ or ‘reconnect’.

Everywhere in the cosmos, in the sky, on Earth,

in the eyes of the wise, the righteous and the lovers of life,

luminous before all of our dazzled, amazed eyes,

it is written.

Whatever the name,

this is the true divine message.

Harmony on earth must guide our eyes

and become a point of reference in our reflections and questions.

Harmony is the remedy for all our distresses.

Today,

it is the only point of reference we have left.

Universal harmony is the keystone

of all our reflections, their ultimate perspective, their unmistakable focus.

It is the only light in the night.

Open your eyes and see all that harmony can offer us

if we apply the right recipes and put in the right ingredients.

Such is the goal,

such is the destination,

such is the vision.

*

Focus on Harmony

The ultimate goal of any person or organization

that adheres to the Constitution of a new people, a new humanity,

will be to work towards the fulfillment

of a shared mission and destiny for all humanity:

In the awareness

that the means and the end, the origin and the destination merge,

in the way of justice and harmony, sharing and cooperation,

benevolence and understanding, mercy and intelligence,

wisdom, beauty and wonder,

this will have repercussions right here and right now,

undoubtedly until the end of time,

the goal being never other than to extend the time allotted to humans

on this beautiful planet called Earth.

Universal light and harmony

are more necessary than ever.

*

Birth and lightning speed.

As with any birth,

gestation can be slow,

but the birth is always comparatively fast.

If only the existing international organizations

were no longer merely a reflection of the power relations between nations,

but were guided and governed by harmony and universal interest,

then the so-long-awaited great transformation

could be rapid, even dazzling.

As with any human or animal birth,

if universal interest were to become the norm,

then the great rebirth of humanity could occur quickly,

even at lightning speed.

World Governance

*

First scenario :

The United Nations

*

Democratization of the United Nations

Security Council

By ending the so-called veto power

of the permanent members of the Security Council.

To date, the Security Council is composed of 15 members,

including 5 permanent ones:

The United Kingdom, France, the United States, China, Russia,

and 10 other non-permanent members, with a 2-year term*.

* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_System

The permanent members of the Security Council

are big powers with too many interests in the world

not to oppose a decision when it affects one of their many interests, obviously.

The Security Council itself,

in its report of October 19, 2015*,

states this:

* http://www.securitycouncilreport.org/research-reports/the-veto.php

“…vital interests

are usually the underlying reason why

permanent members use the veto…”

And describes some of its greatest excesses.

Here is what the report says in its introduction:

“In the last decade, a trend has developed

whereby the veto has been used

in relation to a variety of situations

in which human rights concerns featured prominently.

On 13 July and 11 November 2006,

the US cast vetoes

on draft resolutions calling on Israel

to halt military operations in Gaza endangering civilians

(S/2006/508 and S/2006/878).

On 12 January 2007,

China and Russia jointly vetoed a draft resolution

calling on the government of Myanmar

to cease military attacks against civilians in ethnic minority regions.

Following the violent elections in Zimbabwe in June 2008,

China and Russia cast vetoes on an 11 July 2008 draft resolution

that would have condemned the government

for a campaign of violence

against civilians and the political opposition,

while imposing an arms embargo on Zimbabwe

and designating individuals participating in the violence

for a travel ban and assets freeze (S/2008/447).

Most recently,

China and Russia have cast four vetoes in tandem

between 2011 and 2014

preventing action on the Syrian conflict,

which has now claimed over 250,000 lives, displaced 11.7 million people,

and shown no signs of abating

(S/2011/612, S/2012/77, S/2012/538, and S/2014/348).“

The greater the number of interests,

the greater the likelihood of wanting to maintain the status quo,

the more the veto power is used to block beneficial decisions.

This blocks the whole game of the UN and renders it powerless.

The same report reminds us of the following:

“In article 27 (3), the UN Charter says that

decisions on all but procedural matters:

“…shall be made by an affirmative vote of

nine members including the concurring

votes of the permanent members.”

A single member in disagreement is therefore sufficient

to block the decision and resolution.

Thus,

the veto power is not enshrined in the UN Charter,

but it is a de facto power.

While the UN was created on October 26, 1945,

the first abusive use of the non-agreement

of the five permanent members on a vote

took place as early as April 29, 1946.

The purpose of the UN is world peace and harmony.

It is not power, still less war, nor the sinking of humanity.

The so-called non-statutory veto power must therefore cease.

It is not a choice.

It is more than necessary.

And if the UN should fail to transform itself,

then we would invite all peoples and nations

who want more justice, balance and equality in this world

to join the Non-Aligned Movement,

to advocate for more just global governance

within as well as outside the United Nations.

“The Non-Aligned Movement (NAM)

is a forum of 120 developing world states

that are not formally aligned with or against any major power bloc.

After the United Nations, it is the largest grouping of states worldwide.

Drawing on the principles agreed at the Bandung Conference in 1955,

the Non-Aligned Movement was established in 1961 in Belgrade, SR Serbia, Yugoslavia

through an initiative of the Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru,

Ghanaian President Kwame Nkrumah, Indonesian President Sukarno,

Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser and Yugoslav President Josip Broz Tito.

This led to the first Conference of Heads of State

or Governments of Non-Aligned Countries.

The term non-aligned movement first appears in the fifth conference in 1976,

where participating countries are denoted as “members of the movement”.

The purpose of the organization

was enumerated by Fidel Castro in his Havana Declaration of 1979

as to ensure

“the national independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity and security

of non-aligned countries”

in their “struggle against imperialism, colonialism, neo-colonialism, racism,

and all forms of foreign aggression,

occupation, domination, interference or hegemony

as well as against great power and bloc politics.”

The countries of the Non-Aligned Movement

represent nearly two-thirds of the United Nations’ members

and contain 55% of the world population.

Membership is particularly concentrated in countries

considered to be developing or part of the Third World,

though the Non-Aligned Movement also has a number of developed nations.”*

* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Aligned_Movement

We will come back to this.

Let us only add that it is indeed terrible for humanity

that three nations, however powerful they may be,

use and abuse a veto power

that is not even stipulated in the United Nations Charter*

at the price of unspeakable consequences for the populations

whose countries are subject to armed conflicts

thus endangering the long-term stability

of the 188 other nations of the world that are members of the UN

and therefore jeopardizing the future of the entire world.

*This veto is only the consequence

of the principle of concurring agreement

among the five permanent members,

as we pointed out earlier.

Article 24, paragraph 1 of Chapter V

of the United Nations Charter

stipulates that:

« In order to ensure prompt and effective action by the United Nations,

its Members confer on the Security Council primary

responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security,

and agree that in carrying out its duties under this responsibility

the Security Council acts on their behalf. »

* https://www.un.org/en/sections/un-charter/chapter-v/index.html

In acting in what they consider to be their own self-interest,

it would be contradictory and euphemistic to say

that the powers that abuse and misuse the veto

are acting on behalf of all the other member nations of the Organization.

The misuse and abuse

of the veto power by its permanent members

for personal geo-strategic reasons

is therefore an egregious violation of the UN Charter itself,

the blatant sabotage of its primary missions

of international peace and justice.

*

The Group of Five

If the disappearance of the veto power

proves to be a worldwide democratic necessity,

it is unfortunately to be feared that precisely because of this veto power,

such a decision would be blocked by the aforementioned powers.

Thus,

for the sake of realism and feasibility,

we could initially imagine a halfway, transitional scenario,

where the permanent members would still be permanent members,

but where their veto would only be possible

if they agreed on the decision to be taken.

Rather than a single disagreement by any of the five permanent members

being sufficient to block any decision or resolution,

their agreement would have to be unanimous

in order for the veto power to be legal and possible.

In other words,

their veto power would be applicable only in cases of unanimity of the five.

Instead of a single dissenting party

being able to block decisions and resolutions,

everyone would need to agree to have the right to use their veto.

Otherwise,

the majority of all members of the Security Council would prevail.

In order to attract as much support as possible

and to avoid undermining the already very fragile balance of power

in the world and among the forces involved,

the five permanent members could thus persist temporarily

within the Security Council,

but their veto power would be effective

only if all five were unanimous.

A single disagreement

and the veto power of the group of five

would be null and void.

Thus,

the trend would be reversed:

Instead of their disagreement leading to non-action,

their unanimous agreement alone would give them this privilege.

Thus,

they would be compelled to agree to exercise their veto.

We would thus be in line with the argument of the powers

opposed to the abolition of the veto in the Security Council,

according to which such an abolition

would be tantamount to giving too much power to all the nations of the world

and thus, still according to them, to fostering instability in the world.

As spurious as it may be,

in the slightest doubt that this argument contained any truth,

with such a reform, their fears would be allayed.

In the short term, in the current global context,

it would therefore seem to be the most realistic, rapid and effective of all solutions.

This being said,

it would obviously be only fair not to stop there.

Indeed,

although the might of these great powers,

the USA, China, Russia in the first place,

and the United Kingdom and France in the second place,

would in such a scenario be rebalanced

with respect to all the other nations of the world,

they would still initially continue to sit permanently on the Security Council

which gives them a political privilege over the rest of the world.

We could therefore imagine that in two, four, ten, fifteen years

the group of the five permanent members would be dissolved,

purely and simply.

Thus,

in the light of all these reflections,

we could imagine the permanent status of a member of the Security Council

being abolished in two stages:

First step:

The five permanent members become one group,

with a valid veto power only if it is absolutely unanimous.

Second step:

A future date is decided to completely terminate this group

and thus eliminate all forms of privilege within an organization

whose founding missions are the maintenance of peace and justice

throughout the world.

Thus,

giving the permanent members of the UN Security Council

a chance to agree so as to retain a veto power,

albeit a considerably reduced one

for a period of time chosen by consensus

seems fair and above all realistic.

It is based on mutual agreement and will only be transitional.

This simple difference between making a clean slate of the past

and allowing time for transformation,

for the metamorphosis to take place while shaping it

will undoubtedly make all the difference

between the world of today and the world of tomorrow.

A country like France could propose, is already proposing

to renounce its privileged status.

The United Kingdom has expressed similar views.

Be they Russian, Chinese, French, English or American,

or of any other nation,

may all the leaders of this world in perdition know this:

To reform the UN in this way would give the world a boost,

a systemic balance in favor of peace, prosperity, life and harmony,

which is sorely lacking at present.

Such a reform would restore credibility to the UN in particular

and to international cooperation in general.

The well-being and security of each

depends on the well-being and security of all.

We have already said it so many times:

Universal harmony is our only chance of survival.

We will say it as many times as necessary:

Universal harmony is our only chance of survival.

If the UN transformed itself

because the Five Permanent Members have come to their senses,

and finally recognized that universal harmony was the goal,

and wisdom the means;

if all permanent members of the Security Council

renounced their right of veto

according to the terms described here,

the world would be saved, or in any case,

would set sails on its way to salvation.

*

Second scenario:

The probability of the Security Council’s refusal to change.

The Non-Aligned Movement.

Because the veto of a single permanent member of the Security Council today

makes it possible to block any international decision,

this probability is unfortunately not slim.

In this case,

our hopes will have to turn to the Alliance of Non-Aligned Countries, already 120 states strong,

so that it can militate for the reform of the Security Council

and attract as many states as possible

in order to counterbalance the refractory states.

As a result,

two things are needed:

either the UN is reformed or will have to be replaced.

This is not wishful thinking, nor a lunatic’s utopia:

The survival of humanity is in the balance.

Need I remind you once again

that it was partly because of the weakness of the League of Nations,

the equivalent of today’s UN,

that World War II broke out?

At its birth, on October 24, 1945,

the UN had only 51 member nations.

Today,

there are 193 member countries of the Organization,

out of 198 countries in the world.

With already 120 member states,

how many more will be needed

to give the Alliance of Non-Aligned Countries

the necessary weight to tip the scales

in favor of wisdom, justice, peace, harmony on earth

and the survival of humanity?

Whether one of these two scenarios came true,

the reform of the UN,

or the reversal of the balance of power between the UN and the Non-Aligned,

everything would become possible again.

Like the sun in the sky,

it’s dazzlingly obvious.

When you know the objective,

you know the path.

The path to harmony is a path of wisdom.

As much as the sun shines in every sky,

universal harmony shines before our eyes,

illuminating us with the clearest light,

clearer than the clearest river.

Just see it.

Combined with the monetary reform,

and the awareness of a new possible future,

the UN reform is a measure resolutely oriented towards

universal peace and harmony.

Coupled with the monetary reform,

we could revolutionize the world in a fraction of a second.

From the infinitely large to the infinitely small,

it is true for the chemical and energetic world,

it is true for physics and metaphysics:

From one state to another,

the switchover is made from one instant to the next,

in a fraction of a second only,

perhaps even less.

However infinitesimal this moment may seem to you,

a fraction of a second is more dazzling than anything we could imagine.

It is this fraction of a second that is decisive.

It is the point of no return.

Undoubtedly,

lightning speed is a way of bending the temporal veil,

as one hoists the sails to turn the boat around

and navigate towards the only possible future.

It is not a wish; it is a reality.

From the infinitely long to the infinitely short,

from the eternal to the infinitesimal ephemeral,

at the limits of time, there is non-time.

And when an instant becomes so short that it no longer flows,

time stretches and a fraction of a second becomes an eon

of cosmic dimensions.

This is Planck’s measure.

It is an impassable measure,

where paradoxes meet and coexist,

where mathematics no longer applies.

Knowing the pivot as well as the pivot point,

knowing everything else than the point as well as the tipping point itself

means controlling time in order to grow, act and change.

Controlling time

is controlling the future.

To reflect in order to make the right decisions is possible,

you just need to take some time.

It is highly political.

More than political,

it is a matter of survival for all of us, everywhere in the world.

The overhaul of the UN is simple and hyper-effective.

It will save the world.

At least in part under the terms described here,

the permanent members of the Security Council must renounce

their privileged status.

If, in addition,

they could work together

to implement the major monetary, banking and financial reform

that is indispensable to the great necessary transformation,

then these two very simple reforms would be more than enough

to turn the great ocean liner of humanity around.

What is complicated is not to implement these two reforms,

what is complicated is to convince people, humans, the powers that be

to do so.

Having universal wisdom, the Earth and Humanism

as a reference point, as a guiding light,

a promise to go in the right direction.

It is necessary to know the destination to go in the right direction.

We must also know the path.

But if the earth is the earth,

and if the earth is everything for us humans,

then the path is the destination.

And conversely,

the destination is the path.

We believe that the Absolute eludes us,

whereas it is precisely in what it eludes us

that the Absolute reveals its existence to us.

It endlessly grows strengthens through her:

the earth.

There is nothing more tangible and essential to your existence than her:

The earth.

She gives us a body in a flesh that limits us,

and yet, paradoxically, the earth inspires us

the infinite, the eternal, the absolute, the unspeakable.

My friends,

there is only one.

*

It takes hindsight

to decide with wisdom and clear-sightedness.

It takes height

to make the right decisions.

See Her.

*

Non-permanent members of the UN Security Council.

*

The proportion of votes to obtain a resolution in the Security Council.

Today, the Security Council is made up of 15 members:

The five permanent members we have just talked about,

plus 10 non-permanent members.

10 non-permanent members,

plus the other 5.

Today,

out of 15 members,

9 votes are required to obtain a majority

and for a resolution to be passed,

unless the veto power of one of the 5 permanent members

is imposed on the whole world.*

* http://www.un.org/en/sc/meetings/voting.shtml

The UN website says the following:

« Article 27 of the UN Charter states that:

1. Each member of the Security Council shall have one vote.

2. Decisions of the Security Council on procedural matters

shall be made by an affirmative vote of nine members.

3. Decisions of the Security Council on all other matters

shall be made by an affirmative vote of nine members

including the concurring votes of the permanent members;

provided that, in decisions under Chapter VI,

and under paragraph 3 of Article 52,

a party to a dispute shall abstain from voting. »*

* https://legal.un.org/repertory/art27.shtml

This balance of power,

notwithstanding the veto power of one of the permanent members,

seems to be well-founded,

in any case without any blatant injustice.

Recalling that without the privilege of the veto power of the 5 permanent members,

everything would be simpler, so much simpler,

9 votes out of 15 would be required to obtain a majority a resolution,

a decision of the universal will and decisive action.

9 votes out of 15,

that makes 3 out of 5,

that makes 6 out of 10.

3 is to 5 what 6 is to 10,

as much as 6 is to 10 what 9 is to 15,

and so on.

+3/+5

seems to be a balanced proportion because,

as we said earlier, it avoids giving 50.1% of the members power

over the remaining 49.9%.

Indeed,

is it a sufficient majority when 50.1% of the members of an institution

imposes its will on the other 49.9%?

All the more so at an age when questions are increasingly divisive,

when corruption and campaigns of slander and misinformation are rampant.

With a ratio of 3/5,

it is still necessary for 60% of the members to agree

to make a policy effective,

which ensures not only the adherence to it but also its legitimacy.

Of course,

this raises the question of the difficulty for the members of the legislature

to agree to make decisions and act in concert and with reason

and therefore the paralysis of the political system

this way made unable to govern

or steer the great ship of the community in the right direction,

towards the right destination.

That being said,

this question of the paralysis of the political apparatus

is already posed for simple majority votes.

In any case, as it stands now,

the question of the optimal elective ratio is not so much the priority.

What makes the difference in governance and society

is the wisdom of the proposed measures.

For only what is wise is legitimate.

Only what is legitimate is fit to govern.

By definition,

illegitimacy is illegitimate to govern.

This is the limit

between tyrannical, torturous, repressive and enslaving regimes,

and free, peaceful, democratic and humane regimes.

Thus,

without the veto power of any of the five permanent members,

the way the Security Council operates,

at least with respect to the unanimity required to pass a resolution,

would be balanced, wise and fair.

*

The representation of the major continental groups

in the Security Council.

Prevalence of the whole over the part.

To date,

the major constituent regions of the UN are as follows*:

Africa,

Asia-Pacific,

Latin America and Caribbean,

Western Europe and Other (US included),

Eastern Europe.

* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Regional_Groups

It goes without saying

that as soon as the group of permanent members is dissolved,

for indeed, in time it would be universally fair for this group to be dissolved,

in time it would likewise be universally fair

for the representation of the regional groups within the Security Council

to be represented in an equal and balanced manner.

Indeed, to date,

the representation of these groups in the Security Council

is established as follows:

This will obviously mean that for 15 members from 5 groups,

each group will have 3 members each.

To go in the right direction,

we must converge towards it.

To go in every direction, every which way as we are doing now,

is the sure way to find no meaningful way, no practical itinerary,

no sensible destination,

it is the promise to go in no direction at all.

Humanity is like an organism that is pulled in all directions,

where only pain and degeneration remain.

To go somewhere,

you have to know where you are and where you are going.

And go there together.

We must converge in the right direction.

That is common sense.

We repeat:

the only saving power we have left

is to save the world.

More than a power,

it’s a mission, it’s an honor.

*

The question of recasting the major continental groups

within the world governance.

In the light of the past and the present,

the formation of regional groups

seems to have been dictated more for historical-circumstantial opportunism

than by reason.

The question therefore arises

as to whether in the long term it would be relevant to redefine the Security Council

along more coherent geographical, climatic and cultural lines

than they are at present,

especially since certain groups are over-represented in the Security Council,

which seems to be largely due to the existence of permanent members.

This being said,

even though nothing is impossible,

the required work would demand a gigantic amount of knowledge

as well as immense subtlety in terms of the analyses

to be carried out in the cultural, linguistic, historical and geopolitical fields,

not to mention the diplomatic difficulties to be resolved.

Ideally,

it is a task that should be carried out jointly

by every country of the world.

Moreover,

the reforms proposed here

indicate such a change of direction

that they have the power to save humanity.

Thus,

modifying the major continental groupings of global governance

is not an absolute priority,

even if in the long run it stands as a rational necessity.

*

Abolition of Privileges

Whether within the United Nations or the Non-Aligned Movement,

the new ‘Alliance’ that we must forge must abolish all forms of privilege

and be built in the name of the principle of justice

‘one nation, one vote’.

The abolition of all forms of privilege within this universal ‘Alliance’

is what will give it the necessary legitimacy

so that the countries and peoples of the world

will respect and implement its decisions.

Who indeed respects and implements

what they initially consider to be unjust?

Be it the United Nations, the Non-Aligned Movement,

or a new one, created from scratch,

the entity that will unite the nations and peoples of the world

by putting them all on an equal footing

will consecrate the advent of a true Universal Alliance.

*

Appointment of representation

Nowadays,

one representative per nation sits in the General Assembly.

It is the national governments or parliaments

that appoint and send their one Ambassador to the UN General Assembly.

As with every ambassador,

it is never the peoples and only in some cases the parliaments

that appoint their representatives to the UN.

Often,

they are simply appointed by the Executive branch,

whether its head or members

are tyrants or democratically elected.

Sometimes, in some countries,

the approval of all or part of the legislative branch is required

to make this appointment effective.

All right…

Nevertheless,

a tyrant can nominate anyone he wants.

Is this the best way to nominate those

who, at least in theory, must decide on the great questions of humanity?

Certainly not.

There is no doubt about it.

What is more crucial and essential for a people

than international relations

when their mismanagement and decisions

lead to war and/or the destruction of the nation?

What could be more legitimate?

For the people to decide on its survival

or the tyrant on its apocalypse?

Thus,

the ambassadors of nations to the General Assembly

of the UN or of the Non-Aligned

should at least be appointed by the vote of the national parliament as a whole

according to the principles and modalities of majority judgment.

The legislative branch of governance should always have a say.

This is the bare minimum.

At best,

it is the people who should choose.

Thus,

eventually and ideally,

there seem to be two options

for the fairest and most democratic designation of national representation

in global governance:

Either the ambassador-emissary to the UN

comes from a cleo-elective political architecture such as the one described here

and thus, he or she could be elected by parliament,

because then parliament would be a faithful and optimized reflection of the nation,

legitimate in this sense to elect an ambassador to global governance;

Or he or she could be elected by the people as a whole.

As with ministers and the president,

ambassadors could be appointed either by parliament or by the people,

by universal suffrage,

in both cases according to the principles and modalities of the majority judgment.

If the appointment of the Ambassador to World Governance

by the people by universal suffrage

seems to be an achievement, an accomplishment,

its appointment by the entire Parliament

would already be a giant step towards liberation.

*

Candidates for the mission of national representation

in world governance

Since the global level is the ultimate level

and is therefore universal in its magnitude,

it seems right and proper that any national representative

should have sufficient experience in the exercise of power to know its workings

before embodying the ultimate and universal legislative authority

so that voters not only know their inclinations and actions

as trustees of popular sovereignty,

but also in order to avoid the mistakes of rookies

at this international level where complexity, susceptibilities, mistrust

and therefore the probability of differences and divergences are the greatest.

It would indeed be very damaging and harmful

to create tensions between states

because of representatives who would be lacking

the necessary openness, diplomacy and experience

to exercise a global transnational political mission.

Thus,

to have served at least one term, either 2 or 3 or 4 years,

according to what seems most appropriate,

before being entitled to apply at the highest level of representation

to the size of the planet, to the universal reach

is a measure of insight and wisdom.

Moreover, it would seem legitimate, just and justified

that current ambassadors could likewise run for such high office.

*

The Secretary-General of the United Nations,

The Presidency of the ‘Alliance’.

As with any organization

that represents a large number of individuals, however,

it seems that the human psyche needs the multitude to be embodied

in one representative of the community.

Indeed,

this need for the leader dates back to times immemorial

when the group needed the strongest of the group

to defend the group against dangers from outside the group,

to make decisions and lead the group.

Whether we like it or not, whether it is a good or a bad thing,

this need for collective recognition in a leader still persists today.

If only to spare them the burden

of power, struggles, dilemmas, reflections and decision making,

in a pragmatic, humble and rational way

as well as in an unconscious, symbolic and irrational way,

humans still need to recognize and identify themselves

in one individual

that can embody their will for both power and security.

Thus,

similarly to national political representations,

it seems appropriate for a person to be appointed for this function alone:

To symbolically embody the sovereignty of humanity over itself.

Its sovereignty,

i.e., its conscious, responsible and fulfilled freedom.

As has been said,

the embodiment of sovereignty can only be symbolic,

for indeed, any free people being its own sovereign,

no person or group of persons can deprive it of its sovereignty

without committing a crime against their own people.

Thus,

the presidency must be able to exercise no other power

than that of the prestige of its office, its wisdom, its word and its voice.

Indeed,

whatever his or her real powers and prerogatives,

the symbolic, semantic, spiritual and therefore political responsibility of the leader

is both primordial and considerable.

As we have said for national systems,

it therefore seems essential that the presidency

should not exercise any particular power,

and especially no legislative power,

except that of being the number one spokesperson

for the sovereign will of the nation,

in this particular case, of humanity.

The symbol of embodying sovereignty

is sufficient for his or her voice

to carry and resonate with strength and power like no other

as long as it carries wisdom, truth, justice and harmony.

The responsibility as a spokesperson of the popular and sovereign will

is self-sufficient.

It is so powerful that among all powers,

it comes closest to absolute power,

which is exactly why the powers of the leader must be greatly limited,

for fear they might drift into an authoritarian regime

subject no longer to the will of all

but to the will of one

or only a few.

Indeed,

as we have already discussed,

the danger is that the executive and legislative powers

might end up in the hands of the same person,

a sure and certain sign

that the people under such a regime would not be free.

This is unfortunately what is happening

in too many countries of the world

and even in Western countries:

The executive power has taken over the legislative power.

This is a fatal mistake.

Where everyone loses.

The number one priority of the Presidency

is to listen to the suffering of the people,

and to maintain communication and understanding

between the different segments of the population,

between the population and its parliamentary and judicial representatives,

between the decisions to be taken and their constitutionality.

As with the national presidency,

the universal presidency would exercise the role

of the first ambassador of the Nation and People of the World

to the World.

In short,

its primary mission would be that of a great conciliator.

What we are describing here is in truth more or less similar

to the current UN Secretary General’s role*.

* https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secretary-General_of_the_United_Nations

Moreover,

it goes without saying that,

as is already the case with the current UN Secretary-General,

his/her primary allegiance should be to the world,

without any discrimination whatsoever,

even before his/her country of origin.

Finally,

as far as possible,

it goes without saying

that such a mission should be reserved

for one of the wisest, most humane and enlightened persons.

*

The conductor

Let’s be clear,

the role of the presidency is one of a conductor.

When every musician tunes in to the same music and the music prevails,

then the music is harmonious, the ensemble is unified

and embellished in the same aspiration for the music

that surpasses and guides them, uplifts and carries them away.

Can an orchestra do without a conductor

and continue to play in a completely harmonious way

as long as the musicians listen to each other?

To totally do without a conductor

wouldn’t it be the best way to play,

the most wonderful way of governing?

If all of them play their score,

if all of them play to a common melody and none oversteps his or her role,

if all the musicians are united in such a way

that the harmony of the common and universal melody prevails,

then the music is magical and magnificent;

the more luminous and harmonious the melody,

the more the conductor becomes accessory.

However,

the more musicians there are, the more multiple the equilibria,

the more subtle the magic, the more fragile the harmony,

the greater the chances of misunderstandings, dissonance and disharmony.

The greater the cacophony,

the greater the absence of magic.

The more musicians there are,

the greater the chances for a certain number of them

to get out of tune with each other.

The greater the need for harmonization.

Whether one of the musicians departs from the score, from the harmony,

plays more or less rapidly, plays differently than before, or outright off-key, for whatever reason,

then the conductor is only there to remind him or her of this.

In music,

harmony is the melody.

Harmony is a guide

and the conductor its guardian.

The score is to harmony in music

what the Constitution is to harmony in politics.

This is the presidential mission:

Guardian of harmony,

guardian of the constitution or universal charter.

To ensure that every member of the government and parliament

play the same score,

that everyone is in tune.

That’s precisely because he or she doesn’t play any instrument

that he or she is as close as possible to the harmony of the whole,

and that he or she can keep harmony free from any deviation.

In the same way,

as the conductor does not play an instrument,

the Presidency shall have no power, no privilege

apart from the mission to serve and protect

the Earth, the People, the Nations and the Constitution.

*

On the power of the Word.

His or her one and only power shall be his or her word.

By the mere fact that it exists,

the Presidency’s word is immense.

Because the word is spirit,

because the word is the spirit of the bearer,

because its power and consequences are immense,

the word of the presidency must be wise and humane.

The more it embodies universal justice and wisdom,

the greater the creative power of its word will be.

A natural right of every human being,

the Word is undoubtedly the Presidency’s only prerogative.

As the supreme voice,

it must be wise and humane.

Constitutionally,

its raison d’être is to continuously appeal to universal harmony.

Guardian of wisdom and the constitution,

guardian of universal law and justice,

the more its spirit will be imbued with justice and wisdom,

the greater the creative power of its word will be.

Conversely,

by voice or by deed,

the more the Presidency works in favor of discord and injustice

rather than in the direction of wisdom, justice, humanity and harmony,

the more its word works in the direction of destruction,

the more it loses its raison d’être, the more it loses its legitimacy.

The more the word loses its legitimacy,

the more the bearer of the word

is illegitimate to embody the universal will’s word.

The more he or she can be removed.

Like the conductor,

the goal of any guide is to seek harmony.

Who would want musicians, let alone a conductor

to sow cacophony, noise pollution,

which would sow din and dissonance in reverberations,

each one more awful than the other in his/her orchestra and music?

The music is to the conductor

what the word is to governance.

Because the word is spirit.

Because the word is the spirit of the one who wields it,

the word of governance and of the presidency must be wise and humane.

It must always work in the direction of the greatest justice,

the greatest humanistic, pacifist and universal wisdom,

or it is de facto illegitimate and has to be dismissed.

*

The term of office of the Secretary General.

President of the International Union.

Today,

the Secretary General of the United Nations

is appointed for a five-year term.*

* https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secr%C3%A9taire_g%C3%A9n%C3%A9ral_des_Nations_unies

If you remember that the UN General Assembly

is made up of the five major regional groups of the world

that make up its member countries,

this means that a regional group

can only statistically hope to embody and implement

the Secretary-General’s mission

every twenty-five years on average.

Among these five groups,

some would sometimes be lucky.

And others would sometimes have to wait decades

before being represented at the highest level.

This is the law of probability, the realm of the possible.

Thus,

to reduce the length of this period of office

would be a step forward for more representative justice for all the major regional groups

that make up the Alliance or the United Nations,

whatever the name or scenario.

If it were decided to reduce the term of office to two years,

a representative of a country from a different major regional group

could hold the most important, most prominent position every ten years.

whether in the UN or the new Alliance.

Should it be decided to reduce the term of office to three years,

then it would be every fifteen years.

Every four years,

it would be every twenty years.

Twenty years is too long,

Fifteen years is a minimum.

By comparison,

it should be noted that the duration of the term of office

at the Presidency of the European Union

is two and a half years.*

* https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pr%C3%A9sident_de_l%27Union_europ%C3%A9enne

Ideally,

the chances of a large regional group constituting the world order

being invested with the mission of holding the post of Secretary General

should be at least every fifteen years on average.

*

Appointment of the presidency.

*

‘National-centeredness’.

Here, a question comes up:

Can nations ever be wise enough

to always prefer the universal good to their own personal interest?

If every nation represented in the General Assembly

was to designate the one who should incarnate the Spirit of the Universal,

the one who should incarnate the Wise One among the Wise,

the one who should incarnate Universal Wisdom,

what guarantee would there be

that nations would not be blinded by their selfishness

to only choose their own national candidate?

Nowadays indeed,

Nations are so limited by their selfishness and blinded by their ignorance

that they cannot see that harming the Universal is harming oneself.

Thus,

it is to be feared, it is to be bet on

that nations will choose only the candidate

who best defends their interests:

the national contender.

The question that is therefore posed and imposed is the following:

Will nations ever be able to overcome their childish selfishness

to save the world?

*

Designation by the Security Council

or its equivalent.

Whether inside or outside the UN,

in order to overcome this problem of the chronic selfishness of Nations,

we could keep the mode of designation of the UN Secretary General,

(the Presidency of the Non-Aligned Movement

or any other form of Universal Alliance),

as it is practiced today,

provided that the UN resolves at least the veto issue within the Security Council.

As we have said,

a Council reformed in the manner described above,

a Council freed from the veto issue

would be a giant step in the right direction

and seems at the moment of writing these pages and these lines

more realistic than anything else.

It would be a giant step towards Universal Liberation,

a giant step towards the great renaissance.

The great birth is on this condition.

Thus,

the Council chooses by a vote

one of the members of the General Assembly of the World Parliament,

and submits it to the approval of the General Assembly.

In this case,

apart from the age-old problem of the veto,

nothing really changes as far as the appointment of the Secretary-General is concerned,

which has a similar function and missions to what we have just said.

*

An alternative to the appointment of the Secretary-General / President

by the Security Council

Whether within or outside the UN,

at each election of the Secretary General or the Presidency,

it would be easily feasible for a single major regional group

to present candidates, each in turn

so that a regular rotation would be made possible

and that once every fifteen years,

if, as we discussed above, a three-year term of office were chosen,

each in turn, each major regional body constituting the world order

would be required by law to take on the responsibility of the Secretary General

and ensure its mission.

This would be to serve the universal will

with the greatest possible justice.

Every country would vote,

but the candidates could come from only one group.

One after the other,

they would take turns in a relatively slow but regular cycle,

much like the cycle of the seasons on Earth,

as the planets orbit the sun at astronomical speed

but with relatively slow and constant movements.

Wouldn’t this system of rotation by large groups in the post of Secretary General

be more respectful of global geopolitical balances and realities

than anything we have at present at our disposal?

The question is asked.

*

To know or not to know

As with national presidencies,

those eligible to run for the universal presidency

should have served at least one parliamentary term in international governance

so that in addition to the ambassadors who are members of the General Assembly,

they too are known to those whom they will be expected to serve,

i.e., the world’s population.

Isn’t a modicum of wisdom

better than no wisdom at all?

*

As light and darkness are incomparable,

balance and harmony, order and justice

have nothing comparable

to chaos and absurdity, horror and inhumanity.

Moving towards wisdom,

that would be the remedy to the foretold tragedy.

Going forward in wisdom would be magic.

World Governance:

Conclusion

The best and most realistic solution

is undoubtedly the transformation of the UN.

Indeed,

it would only take the lock on the exclusive veto power

of each of the permanent members of the Security Council to be broken*

to unlock all the beneficial and pacifying potential

of the most universal political institution that exists today.

*i.e. the veto power of the five permanent members

See dedicated part.

From there on,

every scenario we have described would become possible again

within the UN itself.

Rapidly,

the representation of the major continental groups in the Security Council

could be rebalanced in favour of greater representative justice.

The Secretary General could be appointed in a very democratic manner

that respects the major geopolitical balances of the major continental groups.

However,

in the event that the Security Council refused to transform itself,

the Non-Aligned Movement could prove to be a wonderful alternative.

It is necessary to be aware of it,

this movement is an immense opportunity for all of humanity.

Indeed,

no matter what happens,

the Non-Aligned Movement is called upon to play a major role

in building a new global governance.

This being said,

because the United Nations is made up of 193 nations

and the Non-Aligned Movement 120,

because among the members of the Non-Aligned Movement

there are proportionally more unstable and non-democratic states,

the shortest and most effective path towards pacification and harmonization of the world

would certainly be through the UN reforms

that have been described here.

This, of course, would make the task much easier

and would amply reduce risks of tension,

which is, needless to say, the very purpose of the Organization.

Indeed,

we have seen that many of the UN’s current modes of operation

are legitimate, just and justified.

Thus,

whether it is the United Nations Organization, the Non-Aligned Movement,

or even a new one, created from scratch for this purpose,

the entity that will unite the world in its midst

will consecrate the advent of a Universal Alliance

with the power to bring the world out of darkness into the light.

*

An Alliance to the Universal

An Alliance

whose goal would no longer be predation and ignorance, conflict and condemnation,

but an Alliance whose origin and reason, objective and destination,

would be to work towards intelligence and liberation,

life and harmony, fulfillment, wonder, happiness and benevolence.

As the fruit of a transformed UN, or of the Non-Aligned Movement,

whatever the framework in which it takes place,

such is its invitation:

The universal.

For the universal imposes itself on the universal

as much as it imposes itself on ourselves.

Whoever we are, whether we wish it or not,

the universal imposes itself on both the whole and the parts.

Not only does it impose itself

on the great whole of the planetary nation that we are,

it is also the creator of everything that exists.

The Universal.

All the entities that make it up are its children, its creation,

a cosmic and spiritual, physical and metaphysical masterpiece

that we are butchering right now.

As limited, futile and fragile as we all are,

we are all an incarnation of the universal.

No one escapes the Universe.

No one escapes the Universal.

Its Law and its Rules

are upon you, upon me, upon all of us.

To endow the nation or planet nation

with a wise and universal constitution

is to endow the nation with the mother law of all laws.

The Mother of the Law is not blind.

The Mother of Justice has her eyes wide open.

Believe…

In what?

The universal is not only planetary.

It is the whole universe.

It is every universe.

It is you and me.

Of course it is.

The universal is both our guide and our light.

Can’t you see?

To go towards the light

is the only way, the only salvation, the only solution.

No one will be spared by the Apocalypse

that is brewing.

The entire human race

will survive or die out.

In the evening of the Apocalypse,

justice and harmony are our last weapons, our last hope.

The only way out

of darkness and destruction, suffering and planetary hell

is the Universal.

How else to say it?

Only the Universal will save us from ourselves.

To be or not to be.

The question is posed and imposed

on each and every one of us.

See its luminous simplicity, magnificence and immensity:

To be or not to be.

The extinction of the Species is a descent into hell that horrifies us

as much as the life that sustains and lifts us up,

in its long cosmic journey, magnifies us.

The price to be paid or harvested

is beyond anything we could imagine.

Universal harmony is fertile

of what none of us could ever imagine.

Any nation adhering to the universal project would be heroic,

a people conscious of its destiny and its mission

in the great concert of nations,

a saving and heroic people.

He or she who understands the universal is already a hero, a heroine

in the final struggle, the decisive battle of humanity’s destiny

that has already begun,

a battle whose outcome is to enjoy the miracle of life

or, in the most atrocious suffering,

to sink into the great darkness of eternal death.

Every nation aspiring to embody the universal will be a messenger,

a prophet of the Universal itself.

Every Nation aspiring to the Universal

shall save Humanity.

In the Great Cosmic Book of the Evolution of the Living,

in the sky and the light of the sun that shines and radiates,

in the blue and gold that gushes forth and dazzles,

in every star blazing at night,

in dark matter, in the invisible,

in being and in nothingness,

it is written.

*

This political architecture is dynamic.

Its frame is not only solid,

it is energy,

it is both solid and invisible.

Dynamic, energetic, energized,

it is alive.

More than a building,

it is the ship that will sail into the future on the oceans of time.

Between the mortal and the eternal, the living and the immortal,

between being and nothingness,

this frame is the skeleton of Humanity’s Noah’s Ark.

Between the end and the origin, between the certain and the uncertain,

it is the vessel that will preserve the living and the human

from the apocalyptic storms of climate change

and all the ecological, economic, financial and political crises.

It is an immanent and universal law,

a physical and spiritual, collective and personal, material and immaterial law.

Its power is immense.

*

Life is not an ideology.

Once again,

what is offered here is not a dogma.

The objective is simply the salvation of humanity.

Even though some details may be modified or refined,

the Spirit of the Universal is all that needs to be revealed and fulfilled.

*

The Universal Truth shines out

Light alone leads to universal liberation.

Planetary harmony

depends on the freedom of peoples and beings.

Peoples and beings must determine their own destiny.

This is a right.

This is a duty.

Both earthly and divine,

it is the universal Law.

Listen to it.

Only It exists.

Without it, we have no future.

It is possible.

It is written.

Wherever we look, in any dimension we can imagine,

the truth shines out.

There is no longer any choice.

How else to say it?

Wherever we look,

on Earth or throughout the universe, in quantum as well as cosmic entities,

in in any dimension we can imagine,

it is written.

Because such is its nature,

the truth shines through.

It shines not only in the entire cosmos,

it shines in the beyond and here on Earth at the very same time.

General Conclusion

*

Science-fiction.

I can already hear voices rising up against such a project

where so much weight would be given to anonymous people.

I am already aware

of the accusations of incompetence

launched against the possibility of appointing

representatives of the people directly from the people,

by those who advocate vertical systems of power

and who have a kind of innate and subconscious adoration

for the leader and the ideology.

I can already hear the outcry against a mixed random-elective system

decried as a petty-bourgeois compromise that does not go far enough.

From all sides and all directions,

I can already hear the screams of unrealism and impracticality of such a project.

Once again, we repeat:

Our goal is not to spread out a new dogma

and we are convinced that if the world were to equip itself

with the above-mentioned fundamental laws

and be inspired by the spirit of this writing

so as to transform our civilization of having and each one for himself

into a civilization of being and living together,

then the hardest stage would already be behind.

Let’s imagine for a moment that because of a cosmic threat

or simply because we would have made the planet too toxic,

we would have to evacuate humanity …

Let’s imagine

that a planet which could accommodate human life on its surface

had been found.

Since the whole of humanity could not emigrate,

let us imagine, in order to survive as a species,

having to choose a sample of humans to carry out the mission of perpetuating humanity.

Given the cosmic, chemical and atmospheric conditions of this new world,

somewhat different from ours which gave us life,

then, in order to put all the odds on our side,

on the side of the survival of the species,

surely we would choose the best among us, wouldn’t we?

How would we select them?

Would we choose the election?

Who would run?

Politicians?

The richest?

Would that be fair?

And effective?

So who should be able to apply and run?

The best people most likely to save us?

Or the very people who are helping to destroy our own planet?

The best people most capable of saving humanity

can be anywhere, in any segment of society.

No matter how fast the cruise speed,

an interstellar journey takes years, decades, centuries.

It is necessary to embark on it with a multitude of complementary skills.

That goes without saying.

This is why the clerocratic-democratic system is the best there is.

Could only the rich people leave

simply because they have the money to pay for seats on board the ship?

That would be tantamount to dooming ourselves

to reproduce the errors of our times on the new planet,

with the same injustices, the same processes of domination and slavery.

If ever we should allow the rich and powerful

to export their mental patterns, neuroses, greed,

will for power, political structures, etc.

which on Earth result in a sixth mass extinction

elsewhere in the galaxy or universe,

then it would be only justifiably right and fair

that their enterprise should fail.

Moreover,

do you believe that these people,

 accustomed to luxury, hyperconsumption, ultra-individualism

would be able to endure the living conditions on board a ship

where only the basic essentials, of course, and in no way the unessential

could be taken on board?

Could they avoid conflicts and thus reach the end of their cosmic odyssey?

Could they fulfill the mission entrusted to them?

That’s highly doubtful.

In any case,

what is certain is that the odds of successfully completing this mission

would be greatly diminished compared to the chances that we would have

to apply a system of designation of the selected ones

according to the terms and conditions presented here,

in two stages and with the same distinctions.

Both logic and justice demand it:

In order for the best among us to be chosen,

then everyone must at least have a chance to go.

The greater good of the species will come out of it.

Even those who do not go

will be satisfied to have contributed to saving the species

by entrusting perhaps the greatest mission of all times

to those who have the greatest capacity and therefore the greatest probability

of ensuring its success and sustainability.

Only a multiple and dynamic architecture of politics, justice and economy

reconciling the unique and the universal,

reconciling nations to the world and humans to humanity, as described here,

is the most reliable and effective way to save us from shipwreck.

It exponentially increases the odds of realizing any pharaonic project

similar to the construction of a gigantic interstellar Noah’s Ark,

whose technological and psychosociological challenges

would be strictly speaking titanic.

Truly,

this little tale is much closer to our contemporary reality than it seems.

Our one and only cosmic vessel is the Earth.

Fragments of thoughts

*

Humanity’s wings

Like a flight of swallows twirling and dancing in the wind,

in dazzling speed, in a concert of aerobatics and flying feats,

all the birds are connected together,

in full synergy, in full aerial communion,

they have neither boss nor leader.

They are only guided by their desire for harmony.

It is their gift.

It is their magic,

it is their spark of genius.

Don’t you have to be a little wild or a little high

to do such acrobatic stunts and be so virtuoso in the air, in space and time.

It must just be excellent, thrilling.

Spreading your wings and taking off

is freeing yourself, it’s being yourself, it’s being free.

Would humanity be amazing enough

to be free, happy, revealed and fulfilled?

If human beings cannot fly,

the human mind can take off and expand.

Wisdom and harmony are the wings of humanity.

Let us spread our wings and

soar like swallows into the air and freedom.

Harmony is the only cure for chaos,

wisdom is the only cure for madness.

That is the message.

*

A radical change of direction.

Given how Democracy is currently declining,

disintegrating, faltering and agonizing around the world,

given the way in which the challenges that await us are paralyzing us,

is it better for us to stand idly by

and do nothing until we sink into one of humanity’s darkest periods,

or is it better for us to call for a mobilization of the people,

of all the peoples of the world

so that they may become aware of their legitimacy and their power

to unite in order to survive?

When humanity’s own salvation

is considered revolutionary by the powers that be,

when the very idea of the future and survival of humanity

has become a dangerous revolutionary idea

in the eyes of the rich and powerful

to the point that they fight it and repress it with all their might,

a revolution is not only necessary,

a revolution is urgent and life-saving.

Sometimes change is not only an improvement, a step in the right direction;

sometimes change to adapt to the world and circumstances

is an imperious and unavoidable inevitability.

Darwin himself demonstrates this.

In the silence of the media,

or in the constant hubbub of information formatted by propaganda

all human and humanistic solutions

to the great problems and questions

that arise and impose themselves on the worldwide whole

are stifled.

Despite the awareness of the need for a radical change of direction,

all voices that speak out for justice, the rule of law and harmony

are stifled or gagged by any means possible

even by slander and false accusations.

When lies and illusion become systematic,

one can no longer untangle the false from the true,

the false becoming true, the true becoming false,

the truth disappears from the world

to become at best only one hypothesis among a multitude of others.

There is, however, nothing clearer:

the future we are heading for is a waking nightmare.

The tactics of the tyrannical power

is to command the police force

to provoke, to infiltrate critics and dissidents,

and generate violence so as to make the demonstrators

look like troublemakers and discredit the cause,

however salutary it may be,

in order to silence our just and legitimate will to live,

in order to better be able to control us, to repress us,

in order to better be able to continue to exploit us, to enslave us,

to keep sacrificing us on the altar of money.

The good old method of discredit.

It’s been going on for centuries.

Admittedly,

crowds sometimes tend to be uncontrollable

and may have certain outbursts of rage and violence.

It should be noted, however,

that a people only ever takes up arms

when the powers that be use force

to submit them to their brutal and criminal authority

and just leave them no choice but to fall and groan

into poverty, misery and injustice

or to seek a way out.

Nothing justifies violence,

but how can we fail to understand the rage of the people

who suffer from so many absurd, alienating and terrifying injustices?

The suffering of individuals, women, men and children

not being considered important enough is one thing,

but what is at stake in our time is the survival of humanity itself.

On the other hand,

if the power, in a minority position in front of the population,

sometimes is compelled to resort to violence in order to rule,

the strength of the people lies in numbers and never in violence.

Since harmony lies in the balance

of the whole to the parts and of the parts to the whole,

of all the parts to each other, and of the whole to itself,

it is a wonderfully good news

bearing a new hope of harmony

of a quasi-cosmic transdimensional alchemy.

As soon as the people are aware,

persevering and determined to win their case,

if they have to take it to the streets,

it is because the authorities have gone too far.

If it is just and justified for the regime to fall,

the regime will fall by itself.

It will fall all the more easily

as there will be no violence

and that the people will be united, numerous and stand together.

Also,

as soon as law enforcement understands that the 1% make mistakes

and commit crimes that are more harmful and disproportionately more consequential than modest people’s,

the state security forces will disobey their superiors

on their own accord

and join the ranks of the saviors of humanity.

Then there will be no more reason to resort to violence.

The powerful will be disarmed.

That is why our call

is not comparable to a call for any form of guerrilla warfare or terrorism,

in any way, shape or form whatsoever.

It is a peaceful insurrection of the world,

in broad daylight, which dares to say its name,

in the awareness that the world is the solution to the world’s problems,

that the globalized world is a new space to be discovered,

a new dimension to be explored,

a new world to be built.

The universal is the ultimate frontier

beyond which there are no more borders.

If by definition infinity has no borders,

beyond all borders lies infinity.

The Earth is this space beyond all borders.

If we want to keep faith in the future,

we must influence the course of history.

Because a people only rises up

when the suffering and the dangers are immense,

the people of the world will only be able to unite

behind legitimate, global, universal, fundamental, crucial causes.

The cause that will unite the world

will necessarily be just and legitimate.

The question of choice no longer arises.

We have no choice.

We must appeal to the world’s people’s power

to make them aware that their power

is legitimate, enlightening and life-saving.

The only possible victory is universal.

The Renaissance of Humanity

shall necessarily be brought to life by the Universal.

*

Pacifism Versus tyranny.

Global governance is already occupied by the powers of money

and their increasingly globalized and totalitarian tyranny, isn’t it?

Because the interests of the peoples taken separately

are inevitably closer to, if not equal to, the universal common interest

than the sum of the interests of those who rule them,

because the most ruthless struggle for power

is raging on and ravaging the planet and humanity

because this state of affairs is putting us

in the greatest and most serious danger like never before,

it is time for the people of the world to rise up.

It is time for the great uprising of consciousness,

the great awakening of all humankind.

The universal uprising of consciousness.

Universal and non-violent,

from the perspective of the law, from the perspective of life,

from the perspective of justice, from the perspective of humanism,

from the aspiration to the eternal and the instinct of survival,

the insurrection of consciousness is synonymous with rebirth.

More,

it is the condition for it.

In this sense,

the insurrection is a resurrection.

Of course, and regretfully,

a repressive response from the elites is to be anticipated.

Even though violence necessarily engenders violence,

even though violence is not beneficial to anyone,

neither now nor ever.

Those who believe the opposite are severely neurotic and conditioned.

Repression only leads to two types of situations:

Either the authorities subdue the people

and humanity remains mired in its conflicts, systems of exploitation, domination and corruption,

and global society regresses dangerously,

or there is confrontation, chaos, violence, crime and suffering.

In both cases, the outcome is negative.

Today, it is apocalyptic.

It must be strongly reiterated:

Anywhere in the world,

the right to education, training, information, expression, demonstration,

and the rooting of one’s rights in the culture and psyche of a people

is the best guarantee of democracy, justice, harmony and freedom,

regardless of the regime and the political, economic and judicial system.

Precisely because immobility would be suicidal,

no one can prevent a multitude of forms of resistance from emerging

everywhere around the world.

Their success and our salvation

will come from their convergence under the banner of the universal.

Or everything will fail.

Freedom will be locked up.

Or everything will be set on fire and blood will be shed.

Thus,

and even if,

for the good reason that the rich and powerful

will not give it up of their own accord,

in order to assert its fundamental rights, to simply survive,

the whole of humanity must rise up

and quickly, very quickly, rise up for the sake of what unites it

rather than keep on stooping and sinking into what divides and destroys it,

humanity must constantly remember

that it has no greater enemy than its own violence,

that we have no greater enemy than ourselves.

Violence begets violence.

For the greatest misery of everyone and everything living,

violence only exacerbates problems.

Even those who believe they have made a good deal

by using unjust and violent methods

suffer from their own injustice and violence,

for while violence inflicts suffering and torture on its victims,

violence necessarily brings unhappiness, discord, hatred and fear

on its perpetrators

both over time and in the moment, in duration and intensity.

One need only look at the mental state of systematic paranoia

in all totalitarian and bloodthirsty dictators or rulers.

The greatest misfortune

falls on the perpetrators of this violence

who hardly realize it

because violence has mutilated so much of their heart and conscience

that they refuse to open their eyes

to the potential of any other way of functioning.

Consciousness is thus the condition for any solution.

Opening our eyes to the elsewhere, to the other

is learning from the other and from the elsewhere.

It makes us both richer and stronger.

This vision of reality can be illustrated

by extending it to an analogy with the living:

For humanity,

opening our eyes to the elsewhere and the unknown

is equivalent to one species being able to learn

and take the other species’ adaptation powers

as in those films where the main character has this ability

to copy the powers of all the living beings around.

Taking the active ingredient of certain poisonous or stinging plants

could prevent a woman from being raped.

Having the ultra-precise vision of a bee,

having the same GPS that birds have in their heads, and so on and so forth,

the examples would be endless.

Such a species would be invincible.

That is the promise.

Scientific researchers talk about bio-inspiration and bio-mimicry.

Learning from others, learning from elsewhere,

revealing the world, revealing oneself

is revealing one’s true power.

If violence is chaos and suffering,

then non-violence is not a choice.

Humaneness is salvation,

the universal the only way out.

*

Heal.

Didn’t Jesus ask God to forgive his executioners for crucifying him?

They didn’t know what they were doing then.

They still don’t know what they are doing now.

Maybe we don’t know what we are doing,

nevertheless, our collective responsibility is total.

It is therefore by no means a question of reinventing the crucifixion,

nor crucifying on and on.

It’s all about forgiveness.

Because the only solution is union,

we’ll all get through this together,

or it’s all together that we will perish.

Spreading hatred, violence, and condemnation

would be tantamount to reproducing the curse of history.

The error would be deadly.

It is because they have been conditioned

by their education, culture, influences and circumstances

in which they evolve and have always evolved

that they are what they are and they do what they do.

Vanity, greed and tyrannical intent

come from a culture, a class dynamic,

that undoubtedly are much more decisive

than the sum of the individual wills taken separately.

Class dynamics itself inscribed within a global collective process

which is often referred to here as the curse of history.

Who in their stead, under the same conditions,

in a context of economic war of all against all,

who indeed would not have succumbed to all these riches,

and would not have fallen into the same traps

to the extent of defending one’s class interests at all costs?

Who can tell?

It is a question of putting oneself in their shoes

in order to understand them.

To understand them in order to transform the system.

To understand them to help them open their eyes

and make the right decisions.

To understand them so that they don’t repeat their mistakes.

All human beings without exception, elite included,

are entitled to redemption and transformation.

All human beings without exception, elite included,

are entitled to a second chance.

All human beings, without exception,

are entitled to a second chance,

to rebirth, to resurrection.

Whatever the degree,

from the most beautiful to the most horrible,

from the most humanistic and righteous person to the worst criminal,

everyone is and has been able to achieve both positive and negative things.

It’s all about circumstances and influences,

of psychological and material obstacles or liberations,

of wisdom and light, of blindness and darkness.

Each one of us indeed reveals the best or the worst of his or her nature

according to his or her background, education, experience, influences and circumstances.

Within a conducive environment,

we are capable of the best and the worst.

The goal is not to inspire hatred or violence

but to bring justice to Humans.

The goal is to inspire and initiate positive and beneficial dynamics

conducive to revealing the best of each and everyone in the most universal way

by a necessary and salutary universal consciousness uprising,

the only one capable of saving the world and human beings everywhere.

Many millionaires and politicians sincerely desire the betterment of humanity

and, at least in part, work towards this end.

Even the wealthiest, even the elite

can participate in the collective effort.

Even the wealthiest, even the elite

can participate in the salvation of humanity.

From all points of view, all dimensions, all perspectives and all perceptions,

there is nothing more rational than this:

My own well-being increases

as the well-being of all humankind increases.

It cannot be otherwise.

However humble our nation may be,

a humanity in harmony is a pledge of strength and power, of grace and invincibility

for all nations on Earth, for all humanity.

It is not about cutting off heads.

It’s about saving the world.

*

The Spirit and the Messiah

Verily,

the new Messiah will take flesh in harmony.

It is not God,

but His Spirit that shall come down to Earth

and spread over the entire planet.

The new messiah is no one.

He is everyone at once.

His spirit is harmony.

His spirit is justice.

His spirit is humanism.

His spirit is universal.

His mind is wisdom.

His mind is light.

See the light.

And we shall be saved.

See the light,

and you shall be saved.

*

The shadow and the light

Who can see in the dark?

What to see in the dark?

Light will always be a better guide than darkness.

Between the sun and the darkness in the depths of the universe,

light is life.

It is the essence of the flesh,

it is the essence of the mind.

Between light and darkness only

reality takes shape and the truth is revealed.

Who doesn’t rejoice in front of a sunset

and a play of colors and lights with infinite variations?

Or a rainbow?

Its outlines are the reflections of magnificence

in constantly different variants,

magical, fertile, unique and radiant.

In this universal cosmic cycle of day and night,

it is from the marriage between light and shadow,

from this union between being and nothingness

that planets, plants and living things, all living beings

everywhere on earth and in the universe,

are born.

*

The beast and the poison

The truth is superior in that it is what is.

Truth is what is.

The truth is.

It is even all that is.

Thus,

the word of truth always conveys something superior to itself,

since not only is it a word,

but it is also reality.

Thus,

truth is always superior in relevance and feasibility to falsehood.

Indeed, and conversely,

the lie in itself is only a fiction,

the lie is nothing in itself.

The lie is only what it is:

a lie.

The lie is an illusion, a distortion of reality.

Figment of the imagination,

lying is easy.

It is so easy to say anything.

It is so easy to make up anything,

to make people believe that something that does not exist exists,

or on the contrary to make something that exists

into something that does not exist.

Once again,

I can shout and argue to the passenger next to me

that the wall right ahead does not exist,

if I keep on denying it and choose to go on ahead,

then the truth will quickly remind me and my passenger of its reality.

At the political, economic, historical and collective levels,

lying is a venom, a poison

with real and gigantic, immense, titanic consequences.

If first, the truth is the truth,

if second, justice is justice,

and if third, freedom is freedom,

then lying to enslave is an act of betrayal to justice, truth and freedom.

The problem is not the sum

of all the small, inconsequential, individual and isolated lies,

so common to human beings.

The problem is the global and collective lie.

The problem is the collective, universal drift.

The problem is the betrayal of the universal truth.

For then it makes a lie a terrible and deadly reality

that comes crashing down on the entire planet.

The higher we rise in society, the greater our responsibilities,

the more our lies have humongous consequences.

The more the power of the terms we use

take on their full meaning

and a power that we are not aware of.

Between those who seek the truth,

and those who do not seek it,

who should you trust?

In any human relationship,

between the one who sincerely seeks the truth, universal harmony,

well-being, communication, understanding,

justice, wisdom and clemency,

and the other one who never has any scruples

to use all possible and imaginable means,

injustice, lies, violence and crime,

to exploit, dominate and enslave, to achieve their ends

and quench their thirst for power and fortune,

the result is a foregone conclusion.

The relationship is a stillborn.

It’s like a soccer game

in which a team would have the right to attack

and hit the players of the other side,

to take the ball with their hands, to play with 13 or 25 players

while the other would have no rights whatsoever, none at all.

Not only would the outcome of the match be decided in advance,

but on top of that it would be a shitty game, without any interest,

the most rotten game in the world.

No one would watch or go to a soccer, rugby, handball or basketball game

if the rules did not apply equally to both teams.

The result would be a foregone conclusion.

It would be worthless.

In real life,

not only does injustice suck, it sucks and it’s rotten,

but on top of that, humans, innocent and guilty alike, suffer and die from it,

incessantly, in vast, tragic and far-reaching proportions.

Injustice is stupid and horrible.

How else to put it?

Injustice is a plague.

Injustice is a disaster.

There are millions of injustices.

Their consequences are awful, foul and cataclysmic

for millions or even billions of human beings,

not only present and alive, but also to come,

in a demographic and economic accounting impossible to quantify or predict,

all over the world, until the end of time.

The so-called ‘victories’ of tyrants and other dictators or oligarchs,

acquired by unjust and illegitimate, deceitful and selfish means,

are always ephemeral and vain, futile and destructive.

Do you understand?

For the great misfortune of all, without exception,

the struggle for power makes the struggle permanent.

And the foretold short-termism of systemic injustice

makes history a permanent curse in perpetual renewal.

If injustice necessarily creates suffering and resentment,

it is inevitable in such conditions

that some people will stand up at one time or another

in order to overthrow and put an end to the ruling class.

With the danger, alas, of replacing a tyrannical system by another insanity,

because we will not have understood, we will not have become aware

that the struggle for power is the antinomy of justice and democracy,

that violence and tyranny are the antitheses of salvation and harmony.

If there is any one,

tyranny is the Antichrist.

Is not the multi-headed Beast indeed tyranny

whose tyrants are emerging across the seas and oceans, on every continent,

whose faces are each one more hideous and awful than the other?

Not only because the tyrant needs support,

but also because the impulse to impose his tyrannical will

can be embodied in each and every one of us,

then it is in each and every one of us

that the fight between Christ and the antichrist,

between Good and Evil, between the Beautiful and the repugnant,

between Life and extinction, between the Miracle and the curse

is unfolding.

*

Let there be Light

When rulers turn away from the truth,

when Truth is concealed, scorned and defiled,

when lies plunge humanity into darkness,

the greatest scourges and cataclysms fall upon the world and humanity.

Unless there is a major cosmic accident, infinitesimally improbable,

our sun will go on radiating light through cosmic darkness

for another 4.5 billion years.

Will we ever be able to date with certainty and accuracy

when no sun in the whole universe will shine anymore?

Like light,

the truth shines and will shine until the end of cosmic time.

All it takes is to see it

so that it shines within us.

Truth is a country without limits or borders

where everything becomes luminous,

where we ourselves become a source of light,

where we ourselves become light.

*

Live without fear

We must seek the humanization of the world as quickly as possible.

When we have reached that tipping point

that will bring us into the positive,

when global harmony is achieved,

the benefits of earthly harmony will feed on themselves.

Then and only then,

we will probably never have anything to fear from ourselves again.

Then and only then,

the power of humans and humanity as a whole will be revealed.

It will be superb and undoubtedly invincible.

*

The Messiah

Jesus Christ,

savior of Christians and Muslims,

was a man.

The Messiah is Divine because he’s been human.

It is also because he’s been human that he is divine.

God, if He exists, loves humanity.

And His only wish is to save humanity.

The divinity is incarnated in what she gives birth to.

For we are all her children.

It cannot be otherwise.

The Divinity is a humanist.

Only the humanist vision is divine.

Or what you believe to be the divinity does not exist.

Because it will forever be impossible to prove or disprove its existence,

is the question ‘does God exist’ relevant?

His spirit is the message,

as much as His message is a spirit.

He is dead and alive at the same time.

He exists and does not exist at the same time.

If the Divinity is and is not at the same time,

then it is up to us to make it exist,

by incarnating the divine part that exists in each of us.

As God gave birth to us, gave birth to humanity,

in turn, humanity can give birth to the Divinity.

No matter what name is given to it,

its light is both human and divine.

It is clairvoyance, it is wisdom.

It is fruitful, it is fertile.

It is Love, it is Tenderness.

It is Justice and Harmony.

Not only is it the only possible resurrection,

it is also the only possible future,

the only way to survive.

At the beginning of this third millennium,

humanity has crossed a historical, and even geological threshold.

Before,

it was freedom or death.

From now on,

it is death or Freedom.

The difference between these two periods?

In the first one,

we could still choose.

In the second one, the contemporary one,

the survival of humanity is threatened,

the whole world is concerned.

Previously,

one could choose to remain a slave.

From now on,

we no longer have any other valid choices available.

Liberation or death.

*

Die or be saved.

And if Humanity was doomed to extinction,

then it will have lived.

In spite of our species’ failure,

in the space of a few millennia,

consciousness will have prevailed.

Lost in the intergalactic immensity,

stuck between infinity and eternity,

God will have accomplished his mission.

No matter what happens to us,

whatever happens to humanity,

the Divinity shall continue His/Her work.

No matter the future or the past,

as long as now exists,

we can be saved.

Cosmology of Power

In the same way that timeless nothingness precedes the original Big-bang,

peace precedes war, as much as it succeeds it.

In the same way that silence is never annihilated by noise,

noise only ever covering up the silence

in an extremely relative and limited space-time dimension,

the craziest and most deafening noise is infinitesimal and ultra ephemeral

compared to the original quietness.

Even in the midst of conflict, in the midst of war,

a state of stability, balance and harmony, however subtle,

always exists.

Even in the most deafening noise,

peace and quiet exist.

The tumult only casts a temporary shadow

over a state of peace that never dies

which everywhere else continues to exist and prevail.

In the sense that it precedes it and succeeds it,

quiet serenity come as much from chaos as from itself.

Do you see what I mean?

How to progress if not in calm, mutual listening

and an at least relative state of peace?

Even in war,

those who participate in technological developments

do not do so on the front lines,

but in the rear, sheltered from the bombs and their deafening din.

How indeed to conceive anything

when you are attacked from all sides,

when bullets and shells are exploding all around you?

Thus,

if we want to continue to make progress

as quickly and efficiently as possible

on the way to salvation and liberation,

we must do so in peace.

About 10,000 years ago,

writing was born.

If we succeeded in managing the challenges

of this beginning of the third millennium,

imagine humanity after tens of thousands of years of evolution…

Imagine 60,000 years from now

the progress we could make in all areas.

Humanity can only survive by and for itself.

Since humanity is at the origin of its own destruction,

humanity alone shall save itself.

If, therefore,

we manage to survive the nightmare we create for ourselves,

it is not unlikely that in tens of thousands of years of evolution,

like stars or even universes, in an incessant cycle of death and rebirth,

through the memory that we leave to our descendants,

from declines to regenerations, from ignorance to realization,

we will have found keys to discover mysteries

that we cannot suspect until we have discovered them.

‘Revealed’ being probably a better term than ‘discovered’

because it is when we perceive the mystery,

when we know it exists that we can hope to bring its secret to light.

In 20,000 years,

will human beings still be on Earth?

If so, in what state?

We can only guess that the humanity of that time

will be a happier, fairer and more fulfilled humanity

than the one we know today.

In any case,

we hope so with all our might.

Imagine the scientific progress we’ve made since the age of fire.

Imagine the unimaginable progress

possible in 20,000 years, in 100,000 years?

If we finally choose to make wisdom a reference, an existential fabric,

then we can envision great powers for humanity.

For if power is still a curse,

power carries within itself its own cure.

If humanity yields to the curse of power,

it will decline, or even self-annihilate.

If, on the other hand,

we succeed in defeating the curse of power,

we will be rewarded with immense powers,

inevitably.

The alternative is as follows:

the greater our power,

the more our power can be as destructive and criminal

as it can be fruitful and wonderful.

Either our power destroys itself

by destroying all of us as a society or as a species,

or we use our powers with wisdom and foresight

and can dream of a species with unimaginably great powers.

We have no choice:

We must tame our lust for power

or be devastated by slavery and tyranny, conflict and apocalypse.

Those who, for whatever reason, do not make the right choice

make, at this point in history and evolution,

the default choice of extinction.

On the contrary,

contemplating humankind’s marvelous destiny

is giving it life, making it live.

Envisaging the long term towards the very long term

in an effort of collective understanding

not only through space but also time

means breaking free at least to some extent

from our contemporary condition.

Because if your voice is a wave,

then your voice carries in space as well as across time;

a wave multiplied many times over by the echo it finds

in your surroundings and descendants.

Envisioning a situation, a relationship, a human being, a dynamic, an entity

is necessarily the first step in acknowledging and realizing

what is possible in our lives.

If we do not see what is possible,

we condemn ourselves to never make it possible,

therefore, seeing what is possible is bringing it to life.

We will never be able to create a better future

if we cannot imagine it.

Recognizing a future is bringing it to life.

Having hope in the future is giving substance and life to hope.

Without a future, there is no hope.

Without hope, there is no future.

Since they are born from within ourselves

and it is this negative perception

that gives them substance outside of ourselves,

war, death and suffering aggravate all situations,

even the most chaotic and desperate ones.

Violence, barbarism, chaos, death and suffering

seem to be everywhere.

Caught in a self-destructive vicious circle,

prisoners of negativity, impulsive, egotistical and inappropriate responses,

general negativity makes us react negatively

to self-harmfully add to the surrounding chaos.

Yet without wavering, with courage and determination,

all it takes is to become aware of the chaos, distress and nightmarish damnation

that result from violence, both outside and inside of us,

in order to tame it.

To control outbursts of hatred and violence, fear, suffering and despair,

just be aware of it, calmly and dispassionately.

Become aware of the peace that reigns

beyond our tumults, our fears and our mistakes,

in a quietness, a serenity which is ourselves more than we could be,

more than we could ever dream to be,

and reveal yourself, be born to yourself

and realize that we can no longer disassociate ourselves from humankind.

We are all humanity.

I am humanity as you are humanity.

No sophistry, no reasoning, no ideology, no dogma, no religion

can erase this reality.

The Human is in me,

as I am the Human.

Humanity is embodied in me and all of us,

as we all embody humanity.

In this,

we are one.

Whether we like it or not,

against that, we can do nothing.

And so much the better

because it is wonderful news.

Only peace and mutually supportive cooperation

can save us from a global disaster

from which no one will be spared or escape.

Regardless of laws and institutions,

if humanity presides over the world,

then the spirit of humanity will have finally come into the world.

The birth of humanity may be painful,

but if it is, it will be beautiful and fruitful.

The spirit of humanity will reign over the world,

or it will never see the light of day, will never come into the world.

*

The supplication

How not to feel so sad

to see suffering spreading in the flesh of all beings, of all living beings,

on the surface of the whole Earth?

A common suffering.

An immense suffering.

We beg humanity.

This prayer to humanity is first of all a prayer to ourselves.

As a person and as a species,

it is the most beautiful prayer that has ever been offered to us.

*

Be fruitful

Universal harmony.

It’s all there.

Everything that is not harmony is disorder.

Order exists only in harmony.

Just as the plant realm knows how to create fruit, pollen or nectar

to feed the animal world

and thus sow its seeds and ensure its descendants, its children-plants,

we must look for the fruits that will feed us,

and thus ensure the survival, not only of ourselves,

but also and above all of our own children.

We must learn from harmony

and be nourished by its fruits.

Isn’t it wonderful?

Harmony is universal

as much as the universal is harmony.

The universal is harmony

as much as harmony is universal.

Letting oneself be guided by the universal

is aiming for harmony.

It is not a question of being left-wing or right-wing,

the question is to be or not to be.

To live or to die.

To be human or inhuman.

That is the question.
